I felt the process went well and I had hoped for long term relief. The long term never happened and I don't believe it's due to anything she did or did not do. I was able to set up my initially appointment the same week, which I thought was great! When I arrived, Kevin was a little backed up, but he made sure to let me know that so I was prepared. The place is clean and quaint, has a large waiting area, and several treatment rooms. When I finally got in the room with Kevin, we went over all the details of my visit and he made sure to ask all the pertinent questions and checked my joints, etc. to help him help me more effectively. Once he started treatment, he was very thorough and quick compared to other places I've been. He did explain what he was doing and also how he would let me rest while the needles did their work, but would check on me regularly. I always get so relaxed during treatment, and this time was no different. I was able to get a small nap in and felt so comfortable. At the end, he followed up with a ointment and quick massage, which is typical. He was a little rougher with that than I'm used to, but wasn't uncomfortable.
