He has been in the food biz a lifetime. Got home and devoured the beef puck - medium finish, onion, lettuce, pickle w combo of fries and onion rings on the side. It was a belly full. I can't say enough about O'Neill Catering/Tom, his staff, and the amazing food. He really knocked it out of the park. As the wedding coordinator, Tom was great to partner with throughout the planning and leading up to the big day. Anything the Bride suggested, Tom's response was always "whatever you want," and boy, did he mean it! On the day of the big event, he made sure my bride & groom had a dedicated staff member attending to their every need while they were off getting photos, and the guests enjoyed the cocktail hour. From drinks to food, the entire bridal party was catered to and never felt as if they were missing out. Throughout the day, anytime Tom's staff passed by me, every single one asked if I needed anything and where they could help. Along with their excellent attention to detail, the food was amazing! Every guest I spoke to said they were blown away by the selection and taste. There wasn't anything they would have done differently. The Bride & Groom, along with their parents and myself, are still receiving positive feedback, 2 weeks after the wedding. I would give O'Neill's Catering 10 stars if it were an option. read more

We unfortunately had to have a funeral luncheon for my mom. After searching and calling around and not having a lot of time to plan. Tom was not only accommodating, kind and helpful, he made the process so easy. Food was great and price was reasonable. It was also meant because of the Name! I used the services of ONeill's on numerous occasions to cater medium sized parties. Delivery was always reliable and on time. Their cost for full-service catering was reasonable. They provided all plates, cups, beverages and utensils. They also set up the serving area with burners to keep the food hot. I recommend this service. read more

Went for a tasting last night with my fiancé. Not only was the food amazing but so was the staff/team! We got to sit with Tom as he explained the cost breakdown and was able to make it work with our budget! We had salmon, chicken parm, and beef at our wedsing something to satisfy everyone. We received messages and calls for days after saying how fantastic everything was. We were able to have ceremony go outside to gazebo for pictures and return for reception.. the staff was able to convert the room in 5 minutes. read more

We have used O'Neills for several large grad and birthday parties over the years and just thought it was about time I shared our experience. Leading up to our grad party event this year, Jessica was so accommodating, responsive, and adapted to all of my specific needs/changes along the way. Since we had different age groups attending, she worked with me to give a wide array of food choices. They were on time, couldn't have been more friendly/caring, and set up quickly and seamlessly! Now, for the food....absolutely delicious! We received rave reviews for so many of the selections. From the coffee smoked rubbed brisket (yummmm!) to the pulled pork to the cheesesteaks and more! "I'm so glad you guys are using O'Neill's" - Everyone we spoke to, at our venue. Like you, I'm just an average guy who needed a wedding caterer. I don't normally host 150-person parties, so it's not like I have a long list of caterers who could deliver the goods. Our venue had a list, so I started calling them...one after another. Well, after talking with the various caterers it became apparent that O'Neills had a pricing structure that was realistic. After sitting down with them to hold a tasting, it also became apparent that O'Neills food was out of this world. Our menu: Smoked Coffee-rubbed BBQ Brisket, Panko Salmon and Country-Style Baked Chicken. They really worked to develop our theme (Country wedding, getting married in a barn), and the appetizers were a huge hit. They also had some brilliant ideas for us, like the cheesesteak Pierogies. As soon as they put a tray down "Bam" - all gone. People randomly came up to me later, talking about cheesesteak pierogies. On top of all that, our caterer we worked with directly, Michael, was like a miniature planner. He made sure the lighting was right, he sent us a mockup of the floor plan so we could number the seats, he brought us apps when we were outside doing pictures - His efforts on Sunday were the textbook definition of "Above & Beyond". Once the night started, his team worked relentlessly to make sure everyone had what they needed. It went so well, I gave his card to the best man, who is getting married next year. That's about the highest level of praise I can give to a company, and if you're getting married in the Philadelphia to Allentown region, give them a call. (P.S. CHEESESTEAK PIEROGIES. I ordered from O'Neils a fair amount of times. O'Neil's catering is the best hands down in terms of food quality and customer service. I have had there BBQ beef brisket with there homemade side of Mac and cheese and roll. I have never tasted BBQ this good, rolls, and Mac and cheese to this quality. O'Neils Italian dishes are 10/10 well cooked and seasoned to perfection. Further, I would not hesitate to recommend O'Neils catering to anyone in search of a catering job. Would I recommend this company? OH YEAH! Will I use them again? If I get the opportunity to, YES! From the first contact with Michael to the day-of everything went fantastic!!! They went over and above what I would expect a catering company to do. They decorated, they moved chairs around for ceremony to cocktail party to reception, they helped with flower arranging! They were everywhere and if you needed something they were there to help. The staff was polite, energetic and on top of our needs!!! O'Neill's handled my daughter's bat mitzvah last Saturday. I cannot say enough great things about every aspect of this process. The food was absolutely amazing, they handled all of the logistics for me (even stopping at my house to pick up favors and decorations), packed up all of the left overs for us, and had lovely servers. Tried to use them for one of our flights. Placed the order over email, they confirmed the order. Day of departure the catering for our flight never showed up! The fixed base operator called O'Neill's catering to see if it was on it's way only to find out that the order was missed. They did refund our credit card and I received a "I'm sorry about that", nothing more to try and keep us as a customer - that says a lot. Thankfully the fixed base operator was able to go to a nearby deli and get us some very yummy food for our flight; so we are very, very thankful to them. I would not recommend this caterer. You do not EVER miss an order! I had this ordered weeks before our date. There was something else that happened but because I have no "proof", I cannot post it. I give them a HUGE Zero! My order was placed and confirmed four times and come the day it was to be delivered for a Board of Trustee's meeting THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! When EzCater called to find out what the problem was, it was stated by the management at O'Neill's "it slipped by us!" How can an order slip by if I had four confirmations.
