They claim they'll take back their parts with a no hassle guarantee, I lost my receipt for a set of 25 $ a piece tie rod end s not a million dollar part, after describing the kid that sold them to me his hair cut his height and almost there's exact date the management called me a liar that those parts hasn't been sold there since Aug, 2015 when I nailed the price and the lifetime warranty so not only did I not get my points for being a member I get told I'm a liar and he didn't give a shit I could describe anyone and I'm still a liar, no offer to ask the boy nor check the camera s rudest manager I've dealt with in a while and I totally got screwed on points for making a purchase now I'm stuck with the parts, Will be sure to spread this around my company cause many of our guys go there. Also will be calling regional manager today to see why we can't ask the employee and watch the footage. Better off going to Auto zone!!! Least they treat you like a customer!! read more
