Called ahead to see if they had chains for my car in stock (since in OR you're required to have them in your car during winter months to drive, you know, anywhere) and they were able to look it up real quick for me and save a set under my name. When we arrived in person there were 4 sales consultants all seemingly being very helpful to customers, incld. one rocking fluent spanish. The cashier asked if she could help us, cheerfully remembered my phone call earlier, and literally ran to the back to grab my chains. While she was gone for maybe 3 minutes grabbing them, 2 different associates fretted that we were left un-helped and tried to jump in and help. Seems like a great store with good old fashioned customer service. Nice to find people that are both knowledgeable about cars and friendly, it's too often one or the other.

I developed a problem with the air horn and have returned 3 times to have it fixed (none of this was XTC's fault) Each time they did what they thought would fix it. The problem is with the product. XTC has never charged me for any of these return visits. Today they said they are going to replace it at no charge to me. If you want someone who stands by their products and service, they do it in spades! Highly recommend this place

I prefer Oriellys over Napa, but the product I got was more than Napa, and they said they really appreciate my business and price matched for me. I've always been happy with service at oriellys but they went above and beyond. Were very personable. They helped another lady while I was there and treated her the same. So many people are miserable in their job and it shows. It was apparent they both love their jobs, and took pride in their customer service. As a business owner, employees that pride themselves in customer service are crucial to a successful business. Will definitely be keeping my business at O'Reillys from here on out.

First I walk into the store and get a dirty look from them, and I then try warranting a o ring that was part of an O ring kit and Autumn then said their not doing it when every other oreilly's store has done it EVERYTIME, she then says that a secondary issue caused the O ring to expand which was my reason to warranty swap it, and nothing secondary would cause it to expand. Second time I go in for a part, and I try and price match it because oreilly's wanted 1770$ and another store wanted 633$. I then look at the part and then see below a part number that MATCHED the other auto stores part number , ford parts has a secondary number underneath their parts on most and that interchanges the part numbers. Autumn then said she called the other store and still continued to tell me that isn't the correct part number and to go to another store, absolutely ridiculous and not respectful. I would advise anyone to not work with that person because she was insanely disrespectful, not knowledgeable, and rude. She tried arguing with me telling me the part numbers don't match when I clearly showed they do!
