She then went into the back (to make a call, I guess or to troubleshoot the problem). Either way, she wasn't giving up trying to find the right battery for me. I couldn't get the website to work on my phone either and decided it was the store router. About 10 minutes in (all the while she was trying her hardest to find that number) the computer suddenly worked and I could complete my purchase. Other stores may have said sorry, come back later, but she tried her hardest to come up with a solution...and with a professional attitude, never showing frustration or a bad word about the company as other businesses sometimes do. First and foremost, the cost of additional services they recommended after doing the original work, were much more costly compared to just a cursory look online by about 15-20%. Of course, they have every right to charge whatever they choose. I can live with this and in fact am using another mechanic who is going to do the work for almost half. But the real crux the issue was when they dropped off my vehicle, and after they departed, I texted and asked they move the the vehicle to the front of my home, instead they parked in front of my neighbor's home. This wouldn't be a big deal except I can drive it due to a dead battery. They responded with "We are already on the way to do other work we have. That is as close as we could get to where we could reach our tools without blocking traffic." This is an excuse because when they came to pick it up in the original position, there was concern about traffic other issue regarding the location. The had no problem working on in its original location so it made no sense that would be an issue upon returning it. More egregiously than all of this is when they appeared to get irritated with me and made this comment: "There was not a truck parked in front of they way yesterday. Have a nice day!" The exclamation point is snarky and rude and moreover the truck they implied an issue today was also there yesterday and besides truck is in front of a neighbor's house. Moreover, they drove my vehicle to my home today and regardless of anything else could have easily just parked in front of my home. I'm sure this company does good work and this is just my experience, but I rarely give critical feedback unless someone gets testy with me and that is the single reason I'm writing this review.

Stay away, far away!…read more I took brake rotors to this location to get turned. The easiest things to machine of any part I know of. This location couldn't do the work their machine was down. They were taken to Debbie lane store but this store didn't have a Toyota attachment. Off to Matlock / I20 and there the rotors were destroyed. Gouges were cut and the "finished" area was so rough you couldn't run your fingers across it for fear of metal splinters. One clerk remarked "what do you expect it's metal" then walked away. The 2nd clerk said "install them and they'll smooth out in 50 miles." I'm skipping all O'Reilly stores in the future!

The only reason I had went to the other location was because it was closer since I had moved and I was driving around with a bad battery. After they denied me, I went here to the Matlock location and they took care of me without complaint. Yes, it took a little more effort, but they did it with a smile, and kindness. I'll never go to another location again! THANKS Mike and Dennis.
