(Didn't help they are Philips head and strip out easily.) Well, of course I stripped the bolt and had to drill it out. Not only was I mad that I had to drill out a bolt, I was really mad on where I was going to locate such a small obscure part on a Saturday afternoon when most parts departments at the dealership would surely be closed. Well as I drilled, I had the wife call Autozone to see if there might be an off chance they'd stock such an obscure piece. Well the gentleman she talked to was a straight shooter and backed up what I thought all along, and that was the built was useless, and the factory puts them on for really no reason. After I got that side done, I had to do the other side brakes. Well, I was pretty burnt out by this time, so luckily when I got the caliper off, I saw the rotor was pristine. Yay! 15 minutes later the other side was done. During the melee of doing the problematic driver's side, I lost the receipt. I drove to Autozone, and upon my arrival saw my wife had the credit card the rotor was purchased with. Crap I thought, wasted trip. No receipt and no credit card, they aren't going to return the rotor for me. I thought the worst they could tell me was no, so I walked in to try anyways. Not only did they do the return without the receipt, they credited my credit card I didn't have on me. Plus they were more than happy to do it. A+!
