I bought a replacement bulb for a headlight that was out. Neither of the salesmen/techs, who worked there, would install the bulb for me. I took the bulb home and my fiancé claimed they sold me the wrong one, as he couldn't get it to work. I was forced to make the drive with one headlight. Before leaving Natchtioches, I stopped by auto zone to see if I could buy the correct bulb and have someone install it. Thankfully, Cody, the parts manager, was working that day!!! He looked at the new bulb, said it was the correct one and installed it within 1 minute. Thanks to Cody I was able to get on the road at 6am with 2 wort long headlights! If I'm ever in Natchtioches and in need of auto parts, I'll be coming back to your store! Thank you for going above and beyond Cody. It is greatly appreciated!

After shaking their heads and saying the tire might have to be replaced they ended up fixing the punctured one in an hour and for what seemed to me to be an amazingly reasonable price. I had a coupon for $25 off my oil change, I reminded the young man several times. When 5hey finished and it was time for me to pay, the attendant tells me my total is $70+; I ended up reminding him several times before I gave him my payment. The new crew needs more training in customer service, needs to do a better job when engaging with a customer. Not sure what happened with previous team members but the new crew needs more training. I will not be returning to get my next oil change to Valvoline. Very dissatisfied with the service, I'll be changing to somewhere else for my next oil change. I use Valvoline Oil for more than 10 years, I'm very disappointed to have to go somewhere else ‍‍

The Louisiana vintage look of this Texaco was very cool as was the very thoughtful signage in the ladies room. I especially LOVE the pure cane sugar slush puppy machine with lemonade big frosty!! I am very upset with services rendered here. I received a synthetic blend oil change at a certain…read moremileage and was given one of their stickers implying that I was to return in 3000 miles. I sadly did not pay attention to any of this. My oil change light was not reset there, as often times Time It does not reset it, now I can understand why they 'forget'. And of course, In 3000 miles I return to another oil change facility due to employee conduct at Time It. -everyone has bad days, I don't want to dog on the employee here, but when entering the stall to get another oil change the employee of the second oil change facility informs me synthetic doesn't need replacement but every 6000miles. So, what I'm getting at here, is maybe try another place before going here.
