I was out fishing the Valentine National Refuge and got stuck while pulling my boat out of the…read morewater. I first called the refuge police who referred me to two towing companies in Valentine NE. I called the first and got a voicemail so I left a voicemail. I called the second -Tony's Tire and Auto Repair, and was able to get through to somebody who promptly told me that he was working on his day off, and was done for the day and basically told me I would be stranded lakeside for the night 35 miles from civilization!!!!!!!!!!!! I would NOT recommend Tony's Tire and Auto Repair to anybody for the fact their customer service seems to be non existent. If you want somebody to come tow you, call All Wheel Towing in Valentine NE. They at least told me they would come and help (after the fact that another fisherman helped pull me out). Tony's YOU SUCK!
