Booked my hot stone massage via email. Super easy and efficient. They even scheduled my massage on a Tuesday (the only full day I was here) when they are normally closed. Ultra accommodating. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly and helpful woman who helped me get settled into the changing room, steam room and lounge area. She was also my practitioner!
