My laundry machine broke yesterday and I had to come to a Laundromat. I never new it would be this easy to use their big machines. I was able to do a whole days laundry in record time. I will definitely be back. Their machines look brand new and the large 80lbs machine allows me to save so much time it is well worth coming in. I have used O-town laundry usually first thing in the morning with no problems. The last couple of washes I have had to go after 5pm. Totally different experience. The attendant was very intrusive and both times I was there questioned me as to whether I was doing laundry. It was weird because he saw me with laundry. On the second time I told him I felt I was being singled out and it bordered on harassment. He got hostile when I asked him who his manager was. I finally walked out. Won't be going back and I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

This place is gross, I'm here right now and homeless people are hanging with all their food stuff all over the folding tables, smells like weed and cigarette smoke, there are no attendants here at all. ok , we'll I needed /wanted to do a load of laundry and the card I have would only work for one time , and that was the washer so I done the washer and waited outside and nibbled on some snacks for 22 minutes while the washer finished the load I needed to do as it was my warm clothes I wear at work.so, when the washer finished I was unloading it and this very kind and thoughtful young lady I do believe that she had already went by the washer I was going to use (her name is Janis) . I thank God for her because I couldn't get the dryer to start as it had a problem with my card ... imagine that..so this very kind and thoughtful young lady Janis , she started my dryer and I am so greatful to her because now my clothes are all dried and I can be warm tomorrow while I am working thanks to this kind and thoughtful young woman named Janis .... I had zero issues here, plenty of machines to get the job done. So it can handle big loads or small ones.

$1.75 per wash, $1.00 per dry for the "normal sized machines". They have some strangely large ones that look like they'd fit half the DI in them too if you're into that sort of thing. Apparently they take card payment somehow in addition to the normal quarter-style that's usually employed. I think they have wifi too if you care enough about your clothes to actually sit there the whole time :) They also have what appear to be those semi-fake virtual gambling machines. Strangely, there's another o-town laundromat (adams av) about 2 blocks west on the same street. I used to go to that one and it was OK but it was always more crowded (inside and in the parking lot), there's fewer machines that seemed of lower quality and/or older and only one small picnic table type thing for a "folding area". The 24th st location has multiple very large high tables for folding and seems about 4-5 times the square footage with fewer patrons. Parking is also easier as you can park on the street right out front or in the parking lot that suspiciously never seems to have cars in it whenever I go. I work at a very busy animal hospital and our washer broke down and we had A LOT of laundry that had piled up. O-Town was great! They make it super easy by offering credit card payments which is what I needed since I only had a business card on me. Lindsey helped walk me through the entire process and even made sure my receipt was emailed to me! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of laundry service! I usually use Ray's Laundromat on Monroe, but decided to try this place out since I had seen it was newly opened. I beenhere acouple times now. The machines are gorgeous and well-priced for their sizes. Those top loaders are DEEP The atmosphere inside was welcoming, Love those extended hours too! read more

I've been pretty happy with this laundromat. The washers and dryers are reasonably priced, plentiful and I've never seen anything out of order. It's pretty clean and there's plenty of seating. The people who work there always seem friendly and helpful. A lot of the local community uses that laundromat so it would be nice if there was some kind of bulletin board where people could put up announcements about local community events and stuff. Don't mistake the location on 24th Street for the one on Adams Ave. though. I only went to the one on Adams once and it was not a good experience. read more

Tried this place out because it's new and remodeled. Three issues I have with the place. 1. Washers are more expensive than others in the area I've been to. 2. It's SO stupid that you have to put in a fixed amount of quarters to dry your clothes. They say it's a "gimmick" at other laundromats that do it for minutes by quarter on their FB page but I honestly think that's deflecting how much money they are making off forcing you to put in X quarters before it will even start... 3. I had an issue with one of their washers not registering two of my quarters but hearing it drop and there was no one there to fix it or help me get my money back. Overall, yes it has new machines and looks decent for being a laundromat but not coming back again. read more
