I am a big fan of this branch of the o2 shop. I am only an o2 pay-as-you-go mobile broadband customer, all of which was arranged through the internet, so when my 'dongle' (stupid stupid word) stopped letting me connect I was a bit panicked - who should I turn to? Argh! I took my laptop and 'dongle' (*shudders*) into the o2 shop on the off chance that they might be able to sort it out (I was fully expecting them to tell me where to go), and they couldn't have been more helpful. Not only they the guy identify the problem, he sat down with my laptop and got all the updates etc that I needed in order to keep the internet functioning properly. Hero! read more
