Unpleasant Experience at O2 Store, Hempstead Valley, Kent
I recently visited the O2 store on 27 August at 10:15 at Hempstead Valley, Kent, and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of your customer agents. My request was simple: I asked for assistance in switching from a physical SIM to an eSIM on my iPhone 12. I provided both my old phone and the iPhone 12 to the young lady at the counter, expecting a straightforward and helpful interaction.
Unfortunately, the customer agent was anything but helpful. From the moment I approached her, she was rude and unpleasant, displaying frequent facial expressions of impatience and anger. Throughout our interaction, she was constantly chewing gum, which only added to the unprofessional atmosphere. She has shown such arrogance and lack of courtesy and respect which reflects on the true character of O2.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking help with a service for which I am paying. This experience was far from that, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. The fact that one gets a regular salary each month on a cool job doesn't give her the right to insult and disrespect the all important customer.
I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously, and that steps will be taken to improve the customer service experience at this store.
