As of this review, I've been to this studio at least 5 times and have had different instructors each time. They're all fantastic, but if I've learned one thing about the studio it's that advertised level of difficulty is nowhere near accurate. I've been to intermediate classes that were rather easy and basic classes that whooped my butt.
The membership is steep (about $100 US per month), but that'll buy you unlimited classes. And nothing in Polanco is cheap. The staff cut me a break on a two week membership toward the end of December due to all the cancelled classes around the holidays, only charging me about $25 US.
The studio itself is also very nice and inviting, and clean. After each class, someone goes into the studio and mops the floors.
Complimentary blocks, pillows and straps. Mats for rent for MXN $10 (about 50 cents US). read more
