I was really excited to find somewhere with real 90 minute…read moreclasses, real heated room, etc. The facility is gorgeous- the prettiest Bikram studio I have been to. It's on a peaceful street, and when you are lying in savasana you have a view of the tops of the trees via narrow windows close to the ceiling. The locker room is spacious, spotless, and modern. Despite not speaking much Spanish, I could tell that the teacher's delivery of the script and explanations were great. The only con is that it seemed surprisingly expensive for the area. A single class is 280 pesos or about $15 US. That's not much less than my studio at home in NYC. But I guess that's the price you pay for really nice facilities, and obviously the subscription pricing is better.

This is the most legit hot yoga studio I've found in Mexico City. The only thing I don't like is…read morethat the instructors don't really guide or instruct, they just kind of tell you what the pose is and expect you to know what to do. Not very welcoming for beginners. They also stand at the front of room and talk through poses but don't practice with you. Maybe that's a Bikram thing? I've only ever done hot yoga (not Bikram), so it was a first for me. If you know what you're doing, though, I recommend it. Also, it's cheaper than what it costs in the states, so a definite plus.
