Refinanced our home and locked in at 3.75 fixed for 30 years. This saved us about $250 a month! We had tried this a few years back and could not get a call back for anything. When the rates went down again I looked into them again and discovered the individual that was unresponsive didn't appear to be there any longer. This second attempt went off without a hitch. Emails were responded to, phone calls were returned and the level of service was fantastic. We didn't pay a dime in closing costs and they were not rolled over into our loan either- they cover them! We had to come out of pocket for a new appraisal but we were paid back at closing. I would recommend them if you are looking to refinance at a lower rate.
