I cannot boast about this place enough. Just go here. I promise you, you won't regret it! I booked an appointment here after researching dermatologies near me. I have a mole on my nose that has been growing ever since I was a kid (I know, TMI, but you gotta get the full story). I've been wanting to remove this mole my whole life but haven't had success in finding a dermatologist that best fit what I was looking for. It was always a complicated procedure when essentially all I really wanted was to shave it down, but every other dermatologist wanted me to completely remove it. Dr. Nour Al-Hadidi actually asked me what I wanted to do while inputting her best opinion. She just truly blew it out of the park. Same with her assistant, Wanda! So beyond informational, straight forward, and thorough. I felt like she truly had my best interest at heart and she even got a second opinion from another doctor. We came up with a decision together and she did exactly what I wanted right there and then. I booked a follow up appointment in 2 weeks, but just like that it was one and done. She would always check in with me if I was okay throughout the whole procedure, as well. I will definitely be coming here now for all my dermatology needs. I went in to have a mole looked at. I was already naked and feeling vulnerable, when several people came in , I guess there was a shadow. The doctor looked at the mole and said it looked fine, but somehow within minutes I was having paperwork shoved into my hands and being told it was going to be removed. I was startled and did whatever they said, but I REALLY DID NOT WANT THIS MOLE REMOVED UNLESS NECESSARY. It was done almost instantly and I'm covered in blood with a sizable wound on my stomach that took months to heal, and they didn't even remove the whole thing - there is leftover mole around the edges. I left shaken and cried in my car because I felt something close to assaulted. I was not spoken to about what would happen, about the risks, about the recovery, about what the final result would look like (a large and ugly scar that I hate passionately). I feel disgusted for week after and I am still angry about it. I would never go back. I am still angry, and this was months ago by now. read more

I'm SHOCKED, SHOCKED, I tell you at what they did to me... But in a good way! I've purposely waited a month to write this review to ensure what they said was going to happen did happen. However, before I begin, let me just say that Dr. Hsu and Dr. Bhatia are rock stars in the world of Dermatology. They are in high demand and travel, teach, lecture, do clinical and technical research all over the world, are highly skilled and along with their team, couldn't be more personable. They recently left their very large and highly lucrative practice associated with a hospital to start their own practice. But...I digress. So here's what happened. I went for a routine check up, unsuspecting of what was to come. I was whisked into a "special room" with a brand new piece of equipment and, being a long time patient, was asked if I wanted to trial a new technology. There are presently only 5 of these machines in the world and they have one! But what is it...? I'm a 46 chest, 34 waist and my whole life I've struggled with love handles. . This new technology similar to cool sculpting but next gen, melts fat fast. One 15 minute treatment is projected to melt a considerable percentage of fat in the area over the next 90 days. It's been only 30 days and I am amazed at the noticeable reduction in my love handles. I stare at myself in the mirror each morning in disbelief, constantly pinch at them in vain during the day and receive daily compliments on how much thinner (or "svelter" for the MOT's) I look. Without giving too much away, I've done multiple non invasive procedures with Dr. Hsu as well as an excision of a skin cancer and Halo BBL Laser. Dr. Hsu pays attention to every minute detail, facial anatomy and structure while also listening to his patients. He explains everything clearly and is quick to point out both the pros and the cons. It is obvious after being in a room with Dr. Hsu for just a few minutes that he is up to date on the latest research and technologies. He is kind and punctual and respectful of his patients. I highly recommend him for both cosmetic and clinical dermatology. I've also seen Hannah the esthetician in the Naperville location. She is an expert in skin care and optimization. They are the most responsive doctors office I have ever been to, - calling me a couple times to make sure that I can make an appointment with Dr.Hsu. - Their nursing staff Sylvia contacted my insurance company very quickly to make sure that I can have a prescription medicine. Dr.Hsu is by far the BEST dermatologist! I never thought going to the doctor would be an experience I look forward until I met him. He made me feel at ease right away.
