Maintenance staff is more focused on making the vacant units barely livable to fix the ones with actual tenants. My a/c has been broken for almost 2 years now. Dish washer doesn't drain. Submitted tickets for both and no one was even in the office to confirm the status of my maintenance orders. But they're always there trying to lure new sucker's into dumping over a grand a month into this dumpster fire of an apartment complex. They also falsely advertised having a pool and proving washer and dryer. There is no pool access and I've had to go to Splash to wash my clothes. I moved in September of 2023. First red flag was the apartment was not clean. They have a resident clean and do odd jobs for a rent break. She was not good at all. Second red flag, October 6, 2023 the lock on my unit literally disintegrated in my hand. Called the after hours maintenance number and waited for someone to come fix it. Had to go buy my OWN deadbolt to fix it at 9pm that night because NOONE came or called to replace it. I left messages on the answering machine asking if they wanted a copy of the key and reimburse me for the lock. 10 days later I was told maintenance was going to fix it!! And by fix it they took the one I bought out and replaced it with a used one they had. Third red flag, I signed up for auto rent drafts received multiple late fees due to miss charge of rent. Received an eviction letter posted in the portal for $10.00. Called several times and told it was a "glitch" and it would be taken care of and if it happens again to call the office and "I'll take care of it". Received an eviction on my door, since that is how they communicate. Since I had called multiple times and left numerous messages with no response I took the day off work to physically go into the office and speak to someone. Sarah apologize and essentially threw money at it to make it all go away. Final red flag, my AC unit has been out since May 22 of 2024. Multiple emails, left numerous messages on the office phone, called their headquarters and left messages. I have been told, short staffed, maintenance person quit, I will bring it up in the meeting, blah blah blah. This place is bad, overgrown trees bushes and vines, broken privacy fences, un mowed grass, broken washer and dryers, piles of dead trees and limbs. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

This is the worst place to live. I have been here since February of 2023. We have ran on emergency heat for two winter (which is not efficient and cost me nearly $500 a month with electric) I have also not had AC. Because our entire system was rewired incorrectly and is now disconnected completely. It was a fire hazard. In the summer of 2023 we made numerous request to have it repaired had superior heating and cooling come out stating it needed a FULL replacement. Office staff stated it needed corporate approval and it was never processed before the end of the year. We were then told they couldn't provide any window units instead due to the heat. I work midnights and sleep during the hottest parts of the day making the summer miserable. Fast forward to winter we had numerous issues with water damage, mice, and plumbing issues. Most of our roof leaked. There is mold in two of our closets and all over our bathroom ceiling. With the promise to have it fixed with no luck until January of this year when finally someone came and "patched" the roof. The mold was never taken care of. We had mice running all throughout the unit tearing up food and papers and healthcare products with feces everywhere threw $100s of items away due to it. Then were told it was due to the cleanliness of the house, I have attached a photo of our bathroom the day I found mice running through the vanity. After a letter to the attorney general we finally had someone come out and patch the holes and take care of the mouse issue after months of dealing with it. But everything else remained unresolved. Our dishwasher sat full of water for 3 months before finally my dad came to fix it for us since the work orders on it have been pending since February of 2024. I put several in for the same issue and nothing was done. As well as our shower that wouldn't drain properly for months when finally my husband discovered the issue and repairs it himself. & our stove that was broken for 4 months!! Before it was finally replaced after I contacted the attorney general with our complaints. Including 3 maintenance request and dozens of calls to the office left unanswered. These are just some of the issues. We also can't use our sliding door to allow airflow to help with heating due to the screen being torn apart since we have lived here. Now today's date, After 3 weeks of attempting to contact the staff I finally got in contact with Sharonda at the office in which I was given another run around about our AC. Now another person has to be scheduled to come out (with no anticipated date) and seem the system is faulty before corporate will then have to process and approve the replacement. This time we were offered window units pending they are ordered and arrive before winter this time. As far as I'm concerned they have not held up their end of our lease agreement and I'm ready to escrow my rent until everything is within agreement. I made a second complaint to corporate only to be met with attitude from Sharonda instead of a solution to the complaint. Sharonda is extremely rude, disrespectful and careless. She is not helpful and has frequently yelled at me or gotten shitty when attempting to discuss issues here on the property. This is the worst place to move! I am furious that this is acceptable and disgusted that the staff doesn't care at all! read more

Place is a hell hole I have lived here three year's maintenance has a tendency to lie snoop pool hasn't been open in 3 years tho they advertise it. Have been overcharged for five months straight the only response I get is I will send a email this place is a last resort and even then homeless is better !!!! Current tenants!!! Sara who works in the local monroe office is a joke was forced to get rid of my pet due to policy yet policy calls for max 3 ive been charge for four pets even tho I have complied I'll send a email joke they have 120 units 20 are being used due to mold neglect or so be it even tho those tenants never got that security deposit back read more

I have been here for 3 years and have enjoyed it. The staff is wonderful. Yes its a little expensive but the home is worth the money. The company recently update my windows and man has it helped! The ladies in the office a fantastic and always find a way to help out. I really enjoy the resident events they have. My favorite by far is the taco Tuesdays they have. Yumm! I am in shock that this place has such a low score on here with how wonderful it is. If you are looking for a place to live you defiantly should at least consider this place. read more

This place is trash do not move here. They are lazy and do not keep this property up. There are so many pot holes in the parking lot you can barely get in or out without sinking into one and they just get bigger. The landscape is overgrown and the trees and bushes have not been pruned so they have grown out of control which is a safety hazzard. The lights in the parking lot are also out so its too dark which is also dangerous. I moved her for a fresh start and have regretted it every since. I can't wait to purchase my home and get the hell out of here. Oh and if you need maintenance good luck because they take forever to come and when they do they half way fix the problem. read more

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MOVE HERE. They're nice at first and everything will seem fine and then it gets chaotic and bad, also if you travel for work or might need to move abruptly expect to pay a ton of money even if its an involuntary move. Money hungry and super slow on maintenance, contacts us months later about work orders etc. Plus they tried blaming us for damage that was already done before we moved in that was clearly on the inspection form, just no. Horrible buildings modular built some on wood foundations. Pest issues from skunks to possums and squirrels jumping on roof off roof to trees. The staff are good people from a managment company but the owner keeps promising to improve property windows have mold and mildew from poor ventilation from shower and dryer vents and the condensation from that moisture ends up on the windows drips down to the lower window creating mildew then green mold. In a very short time. The drive is busted patched up giant pothole mess in winter months summer is not to bad lots of patch work every year. Dumpsters are over flowing piles of none residents coming all through the night dumping and it's dangerous at times from towering piles looming over your head. Which is not so much managment fault as is the owner should figure a better system for the residents to use what they pay for.
