Charlie, has been so extremely helpful, patient, professional, and just a person with a heart of gold. He has proven several times that his business is not at all about money. He has gone above and beyond to help us and assist us whenever we need him. Any time anything is wrong or broken he has taken care of it in a very timely manner and with such professionalism! It is so rare nowadays to find a landlord that actually cares about family and not just there business or "collecting rent". Charlie definitely sees and empathizes with the needs of the family and makes things happen within reason. If it is in his reach he will get it done. We know for a fact that a couple of his clients (owners) were difficult people to work with, but Charlie remainders professional at all times and if that one didn't get accepted he worked with us until we were. We have moved from one location that he managed to another and he did not try to gauge our security deposit. Of course some wear and tear fees were deducted, but nothing unreasonable.
