Food for everyone, support Cypress Youth Baseball leagues. Located in the back of the park near newly remodeled bathrooms.

Yes, there's food at the park! When there is a baseball game, help support Cypress Youth Baseball! Food, drinks and snacks. During Covid, they have a pop up tent located in the back of the park near newly remodeled restrooms. This park is well maintained! Basketball, baseball, TWO playgroundS, volleyball net and exercise stations throughout the park. There is plenty of grass and big trees, bring your family out to enjoy the day. Two parking lots and street parking.

Love this park! There's a lot of grassy space, two kids play grounds, basketball court, baseball fields, a volleyball and clean bathrooms! We have a lot of family events here and have never been disappointed. I just hope people will continue to keep it clean!

Oak Knoll Park is a nice city park and has a lot of amenities. This park is located on the same site as the Cypress Community Center which means there are often a lot of activities taking place so it can be quite busy. People don't always clean up after themselves and there is a bit more litter around than I'd like to see at a facility that has so much to offer. Parking is plentiful in the lots on Orange and Graham and on the streets as well. Some of the amenities at this park are picnic shelters and plenty of bar-b-cues, a playground area, a full basketball court, softball and baseball fields (with seating), a sand volleyball court, restrooms, and a jogging trail. One of the cool things about this park is that it has a Health Beat course available for teens and adults. You can find out more about Health Beat Outdoor Fitness here: http://www.playlsi.com/Explore-Products/Product-Lines/Park-Fitness-Equipment/HealthBeat/Pages/HealthBeat-Fitness.aspx

I can't say enough good things about Oak Knoll Park, which in my opinion, is Cypress' best public park. The park is quite expansive, but most of the space is devoted to several little league baseball fields. There are two private lots, a larger one that serves the park and community center and a back lot that serves the basketball court and small children's playground. There is also adjacent street parking along Graham St. What I love most about the park is the lush and well pampered grass. There are also plenty of trees to provide shade for picnic goers. Various benches are located throughout the park with few that have pergolas. I'm sure you'll have to go through the city to reserve the private picnic benches. I also noticed BBQ grills next to the picnic areas. There are two main play structures that are hundreds of yards apart. The more updated playground is located towards the back end of the park and it caters to 2-5 year old kids. The structure for older kids is dated and needs TLC. There is also a full court basketball court towards the back.

The big deal here is to take photos adjacent to the large water fountain. This is an extremely popular photo location, as over 100 students here in formal wear from various high schools. Parking was very limited at that time, so plan ahead if you're going early. Clearly, a lot of people know this is the spot for a serious workout. The stairs themselves are brutal in the best way possible. After about three rounds, my legs were completely done--but it's such an effective workout. This place really gets your cardio in fast, and you feel accomplished every time you finish a round. The views along the way make it even more worth it. We also came back later in the day around 5:30 PM. It starts to get a bit dark around that time, so that's something to keep in mind, but it's still a great experience and totally worth it. Overall, if you're looking for a challenging, fun, and effective outdoor workout, Hillcrest Park stairs deliver every time. Just be ready for sore legs and limited parking during peak hours.

The playground area is great for all ages my kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. The lake area with the little church in the background is a nice touch, makes it feel more relaxing and not just your typical park. Good walking paths, plenty of grass, and nice spots to just sit and chill. Everything felt well kept and safe, which is a big plus when you're bringing kids. Plenty of room so it didn't feel overcrowded either. Only thing watch out for duck poop on the walkways and grass, especially near the water. Overall, great spot for families. Definitely coming back
