During shot mandation I contacted my physician's office, which in past had been very helpful . There were a lot of changes and, like so many, he ended up in private practice. But due to total uncooperativeness of the staff he was stuck with, out of desperation I called the Harvard office as my daughter was a patient there and had a Covid shot *scheduled*. I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you to go with her?" How often do you receive that kind of customer service.? Shortly after, I changed doctors. For a lot of us midtowners it's convenient. And it's complete. You can lab work done right there, right now.

It's been 10 days since I first reached out to the pharmacist for my refill. I have called the office multiple times, and NO ONE answers the phone, and the VOICEMAIL is always FULL!! I have called early in the AM, afternoon and late afternoon--NOTHING. My pharmacy has sent multiple requests, and they haven't heard anything from anyone either. BAD BUSINESS, folks. I do not recommend this business when the follow through is highly lacking.

Even made sure to tell the front office they need to be sure and code as wellness exam so labs would be covered. Discussed all things usually discussed as a new patient and labs ordered. Because she refused, and currently still refuses, to update coding to indicate this was our wellness visit our insurance company will not pay for our labs. We must pay over $500 out-of-pocket. They have reached out to her as well, explaining that they will pay for labs when they are preventative. She claims to have never heard of this and hung up on the agent. Her demeanor and bedside manner is the worst I've encountered in my life. And I have worked in the medical field 25+ years. Also, when I asked why she would not assist with getting an Rx pre-authorized, she stated she didn't like the price of gas but no one helps her with that. Boy oh boy! Should have known when we saw the numerous crosses on the walls of her office that this probably wasn't going to go well. This was our personal experience. I'd do my research before making an appointment with this "doctor".

I started with Dr. Caleb Nunley (Owasso), who is such a great doc. He listened, we talked, and worked out a plan to monitor things. Later on, I met with Dr. Susan Peterson, who did the actually surgery. Dr. Peterson is one of the best doctors I've ever met. She was open and honest about what I would go through, perfectly managing my expectations (which is not an easy thing to do). I could go on and on, but it would just be polish on the diamond. TB&J as a facility is outstanding. From the Union Pines surgery center to the main offices and Physical Rehab facility on the main campus, everyone I interacted with were extremely professional and relateable. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to help at every turn. Same goes for the folks at the Owasso office where I'm doing rehab PT. Brac'ee and Kayla have been so great to work with. They push you, sure, but they respect that you're in pain and do have limits. Overall I could not be happier with the entire team at TB&J, and would not hesitate to use them again.

He spent lots of time with me to find out all my past history and asked questions that allowed me to explain my history. I felt very well taken care of. My new PCP!
