The real estate agent should not have license or should be revoked I have filed a complaint against her and the company. Firstly, she didn't have the size and sqft of the apartment and she said she would get back and never did and rushed the entire process with the bs of someone is ready to sign if you guys don't sign. I also have screenshots of all the text messages where she had lied to us telling us that our apartment is a 4th floor walk up and we said that a lot and once we moved we found out that this is actually 6th floor walk up! We send out a huge email with screenshots and everything on 21st Jan 2022, our move in was 15th and Maggi never responded us nor did the building director Joanna. we had a lot of stuff going on as the apartment had no heat at all in the freezing winter, the apartment also has a lot of rats, centipedes crawling everywhere, the walls are leaking and con Edison billed us $240 deposit cuz the apartment was registered as llc/commercial properties.
