Dropped off two desk locks. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. Never happened. 3 weeks later, they said still working on it. At 5 weeks they couldn't find my locks I dropped off. They said they would look for them and call me back. At week 8 no one remembered me and I had to explain the story all over again. Fixed the ignition on my 2004 Honda Accord re-cut and re-programed my keys. They did a great job fast and affordable.

Our historic designated home, built in 1927, has a door handle, lock combination that broke in the locked position and I was told by 2 other locksmiths that it was no longer made so we might have to replace the door to have the more modern type installed. Dalton came out, assessed the situation, and repaired the entire system but securing aging placement and using a dowel piece, made all the screws stable. He was personable and resourceful, figuring out solutions. read more

My daughter called them because she locked her keys in her running car. She was literally 3 blocks away from them and they wanted to charge her $75!! Outrageous! She asked for a break in price, they refused. I promptly called Haidlen Ford and a nice man was there in 5 minutes and it only cost her $35 to get her in her car. Oakdale Locksmith, you are supposed to be a hometown kind of a business. Sorry, but I'll never call them again for anything! Rip off!! read more
