All went fine until checking in for cholesterol scan. They will not accept Medicare, but I already knew that going in. Cash/check only. Next, they demanded scanning my driver's license. On 1/23/26 I made the appointment for 2 Cat Scan's and specifically told them I need a CTA CHEST GATED W CONTRAST and a CTA ABDOMEN PELVIS W RUNOFF and the appointment was made for today 2/11/26. I just received a call telling me that they cannot do the Cat Scans. The guy told me that they don't do "Gated" chest scans. I said that's screwed up that I'm just now getting a call and obviously he's going to cover for the company and he told me that the people that set up the appointment do not understand the details of the test they do. I said I understand that they don't understand, but the details of the appointments should be reviewed by someone who understands in my opinion about a week after the appointments are made. He said he will make that suggestion, but it's just so sad that nobody within upper management had enough common sense to think about that. Billing issues Rudeness of billing mgr. Both to me as a patient to my Insurance Rep and Case Mgr.. They failed to file claim properly in 2022. Dual coverage ins card provided. I have full coverage with no co-pay. They got their money from Medicare portion on my Insurance. Office rep said ussue was resolved. So I had a subsequent mri. Now mgr says NO. MRi ctr Mgr says it is too late for them file a claim with medicaid. Duhhh Denying me a needed mamogram now. They failed to bill Medicaid. Now they insist i pay the medicaid portion. I had a fantastic experience here from start to finish! The appointment setters were thorough and efficient. I had an Echo and CT scan done by two separate techs, both were great. The one that did my Echo, Sydney, was exceptional! I highly recommend! read more

GOOD - called me back in about 15 minutes, did my bone density test, technician seemed competent and was nice. Check out was easy. BAD - everything else. Noisy unprofessional waiting room with the clerks gossiping with each other. Couldn't seem to get my test results. 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get them to my doctor. Multiple phone calls, snippy clerks, them insisting my doctor has to call them - are you kidding me! I said it's my test results and I want them! They swore they had been sent - but my doc doesn't have them - I challenged them to tell me who they sent them too and they couldn't confirm who / or how they were sent. Finally agreed to fax them to my primary care doc. It's like talking in circles with them. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they show up at my docs. Will update review if they do / don't make it. Wish I'd gone to Beaumont to get this done. :( read more

From my call to schedule appointment until time of procedure day checkout the entire staff was very friendly and efficient! Every client was greeted with a hello, questions were answered promptly and appointments were on time. The nuclear medicine tech made sure I was educated on the entire procedure and took time to ensure my comfort. The dr who read the test took his time to answer all questions and ensured me of the results. The facility was clean and bright, a bit chilly (for those who tend to be cold) but I assume for germ purposes. With all the negative reviews I was not expecting much but with my experience I wanted to post my positive review. The supervisor who was training the front desk staff was very patient and kind. I would think they have had an overturn of employees and heard the complaints and did something about it. I would recommend this facility and would visit again. read more

Absolute worst service. Made an appointment and showed up today 10 minutes early to find out that they canceled my appointment but didn't bother to call and tell me. They tried to blame it on the prescribing doctor saying the authorization was denied. I left and drove straight to the prescribing doctors office to pick up a copy of the approved authorization. I knew it was approved because the prescribing office called me earlier in the week to let me know. Sure enough they sent the approved authorization over but Oakland Imaging didn't bother reading it completely to see it was approved. Terrible service and very unprofessional receptionist up front who was very rude and only cared about getting out of there on time. Will never go back and made sure to let me prescribing office know never to send patients there. I am giving one star only because the supervisor tried to help resolve the issue but between the rude receptionist and the incompetent back office, you don't need to waste your time here. the worst place ever will never go back there again. I have terrible neck and back pain and they tell me it will take three to five day to get my x rays back. that is utter crazy while I am in real pain. they do not care about there patients care. read more

Beware they are incompetent. Also they will send you a huge bill because they forget to send your claim to insurance. Then they won't try to fix it but instead they make you call different numbers so they can get connected. Unprofessional. read more

Did not make it past the rude receptionist to even get an appointment made. First impressions are important & she blew it. I gave her 4 tries to answer the phone and make an appointment. Each time she rudely placed me on hold ( for 10-17 min each time) the final and LAST time I will ever call there - she slammed the phone down after I sat on hold for 10 minutes. Maybe it was time for her to go home for the day , so easier to slam the phone down than kindly take a name and number to call me back the next day - if needed. After reading other reviews I realized I'm not alone with being treated poorly by their staff, which clearly need to have some training in customer service skills. Will not step foot into this place now. I will also share the info with the Dr who referred me to them. They shouldn't have their name affiliated with this place.
