I ordered the pork belly on a bed of spinach leaf. Drizzled with a gravy-type sauce. I was expecting the $10 lunch special, however the price was reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. In The Mix was a bakery in Merimbula that I visited several times for coffee. though I never tried…read morethe baked goods or sandwiches, I did like the vibe here a little better than Willis bakery down the street; it was friendlier and newer. The staff seemed to appreciate my business, and the coffee was excellent. I also noted that they offered gluten-free baked goods, though I'm sad to say I did not get a chance to try any before I left town. On my last visit, blueberry muffins were the featured gluten-free item; but I had just finished a big breakfast. (I should have bought one to go). The outside seating also looked quite inviting. If I get the chance to come back (next year), I will definitely return here to try more of their offerings, sit for a while, and people-watch.
