I have evidence and receipts for all of the following: I went here to upgrade the specs of an iMac (HDD to SSD). It was expensive, but I thought it was worth paying for a place so highly rated. After getting it back home and turning it on I got the first kernel panic. A Mac kernel panic is the equivalent of a Windows blue screen. These happened almost hourly, even after trying every solution (wipe, reinstall, disk repair). I went back in and explained to Abraham. He avoided any accountability and "played dumb", pretending he didn't understand a word I was saying, and that he couldn't see anything wrong. He sent me home with a look of complete distain, explaining that somehow the problem was my own. After another kernel panic I put the iMac in a cupboard and gave up - assuming I was missing something. Now a year or so later, I'm a lot more educated on Macs. I've been able to determine with certainty (and with absolute, undeniable physical evidence) that WeHireMac installed faulty components. Only go here if you're willing to risk your money, they will not be covering their mistakes.

They've just replaced an SSD drive that I purchased from them along with some very reasonably priced extra RAM . The drive stopped working after 14 months and sadly couldn't be repaired .
