Their Iced Green Tea Matcha Latte is my favorite drink. This location is better than the SL one. The workers are so fast and really good.

Always come back for their matcha. The breakfast sandwiches can a bit more slices though. But it's good and staff is nice

I am usually not a coffee person but the iced caramel macchiato with oat milk was sooo yummy. I had a long drive ahead of me and this was one of the only places open. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to our needs!! We got to try their pizza and it was the cherry on top of our night. Go check them out because they deserve all the hype.

Stopped in for a coffee on my way to pickup a friend. Was happy to find them open early. The woman working the register was friendly and efficient. The store was empty of other customers. There is lots of space with a few tables inside. In addition to coffee they do have pastries and other food items. I had a regular latte. $4.99. The flavor was good and the ratio of milk to espresso was perfect. I often get coffee from one of the big name coffee places. This was hands down better tasting than what I get elsewhere. Thanks for helping start my day!

Delightful coffee. They have a restroom for customers, ask for the code. The cafe shares a small space - with four tiny tables - with a Pizza Factory. Get a slice with your cappuccino!

I've been meaning to leave this review for some time now, because this establishment is WONDERFUL!!! I started coming here months ago, I frequent it often. Too often sometimes lol It's so incredibly clean, organized, and everyone here are so kind and professional. I drive out oh my way to get my iced coffee almost every day because it's THAT GOOD! If I could give 10 I would! I highly recommend trying It's A Grind Coffee House! It will not disappoint! Thank you everyone who works there; you are all fantastic!

I would've never walked in here on my own, but my sister lives close by and I was at her house so we decided to make a visit on a Sunday morning. It was bustling with lots of customers. I like that they have food options too. The interior is ok, seems a little worn. Most people were there for take out, doesn't seem like a comfortable place to sit and work, but it might be different during the week. We all ordered the same drink: iced white mocha. There are two sizes and the medium or smaller size is huge. The prices are higher than your chain Starbucks or Peets, but it's a small business trying to make it. The drink was really good and not too sweet, like how I like my coffee. The customer service was decent. I'd make another visit if I was in the area again. I love supporting small businesses.

The female barista could be a little more pleasant to her customers. I had one customer I front of me and the girl kept a scowl on her face the whole time and was just plain unpleasant. I tipped her anyways and not even an acknowledgment after thanking her. I guess this is what happens when all of the coffee shops are closed in the area( no Starbucks,Peet's or mom and pops for miles). I'll just go to Walgreens to get an energy drink next time. Cheaper, more polite and no request to tip!

On the road again! I pass this place all the time going down Seminary Ave, and the parking lot looked full so I didn't stop. Well, it wasn't too busy this morning so I parked and flipped thru my apps for promos. I had a choice between $10 off for pickup order from Grubhub (+), or 30%-off from the Seamless app. So I place my pre-order and then go in and pick it up. The outside looks like a "cookie cutter" shop, but the inside is spacious, bright and colorful. I don't usually review coffee shops, because I order the same thing all the time. I get a Cafe Latte. Today I decided to try their Bagel Hotdog and a chocolate donut. So how was it? The Cafe Latte was ok. It wasn't really strong, but it was hot. The Bagel Hotdog was a hotdog sealed inside a bagel. Probably freshly zapped in a microwave. The chocolate donut was very good. The chocolate coating was creamy and smooth. They got good donuts. They say Americans are the only people who eat and drive. Hey, we got stuff to do, and a short time to do it! It's A Grind Coffee House is a good place to grab coffee and snacks when you're on the road.

I had a 50% off coupon. I placed my order and presented the coupon. They were unfamiliar with that type of coupon (via Tmobile Tuesday) and hadn't seen it before. They thought it was possibly an online order type thing. Idk, but they gladly redeemed it. Which I appreciated. The service was very good. It seems like they have a great rapport their regular customers. I ordered the blended matcha. It was excellent.

I went here for the first time and got a matcha! I prefer my matchas on the sweeter side so I ordered with an extra pump and vanilla. I think their matcha is probably made to be sweet already so I don't think I needed that extra pump but enjoyed it otherwise. The service was good, quick as there was no line. The ambiance was nice and clean, although I think they may currently be under construction or expanding? Not too sure.

There is a good amount of seating both indoor and in an outdoor space. The menu has many options. The drink I ordered was delicious. The barista was helpful in getting to help me make a decision and I settled on the Iced white chocolate mocha. I'll be back!

I'm forever grateful for that recommendation because they make some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I've tried a few items on the menu, but the one I always recommend is the Hot Italian. Everything about this sandwich is incredible. It's packed with flavor, and you can honestly tell it was made with care. I usually pair it with a bag of chips, and the total comes to around $18. It's absolutely worth every penny and always leaves me full and satisfied. The shop is consistently clean, and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. I find myself going back over and over again, then telling myself I need to take a break--only to end up back there a few weeks later. That's how good it is. A couple of things to keep in mind before you visit: there's only limited street parking, so you may have to circle the block to find a spot. There's also not much room to wait inside, although they do have a bench or two where you can sit while your sandwich is being prepared. In my experience, the wait is usually around 15 minutes. I've honestly never been here when it wasn't busy, so expect a crowd. But once you take that first bite, you'll understand why. Great food, great atmosphere, and great customer service. I highly recommend checking this place out!

The deli is a nice size with a couple of benches to sit and wait for your food. You can look at the menu and order, plus grab a drink or chips. They have a nice variety of items to grab that go well with your sandwich. The service was friendly and quick. Workers were all kind, and we love that it's dog-friendly! Regarding the sandwiches, you can get a hot or cold sandwich. You can also build your own! Companion got the Hot Boy, and I went the Build Your Own route. The sandwiches are hefty, with lots of great meats and fillings, and for the price, very decent! I wish my bread were a bit more toasted and crunchier, but that's my preference. It hit the spot, and I'd be open to trying their other sandwiches. I don't often go to delis, but Brothers Deli was a nice place to try. We enjoyed it by the waterfront, which makes it a great picnic option. Find them off Park Blvd., with street and residential parking around.

Fowl + Fare operates from a small storefront right next to the Shanvi Indian Grocery store on Santa Clara Ave (near Broadway). This place is either takeout or eat outside on picnic tables. I took my food to-go. I had the Citric Hot Chicken Sandwich w/ Seasoned Fries. I liked the Citric Hot Chicken Sandwich. It was spicy, but not numbing hot. The slaw sort of smoothed out the spicy heat. It's made from thigh meat, so it's moist and easy to eat. I didn't like the seasoned fries. They cut the potatoes into thin fries that don't travel well as takeout. Probably okay if you ate them right there, fresh from the kitchen. If I go back, I'm just getting a sandwich.....no fries.
