Today, after getting my car washed, I saw that the back and one side of the car had been repeatedly swiped with a soapy rag leaving many white splashes and streaks all over my black car. I took the car back, a regular worker immediately came over, saw the mess left all over the car, said no problem and started cleaning it. Another worker came over, started yelling at him and me that it was salt and to not re-clean the car. I said it wasn't salt, I had been there an hour earlier and the soapy rags had left marks all over the car. He called me a bitch and said too bad. The other worker told him I was a nice and regular customer and he would take care of it. The other worker continued shouting at him and at me. I shouted back I just paid you $20, it wasn't salt, you didn't clean the side of the car after the wash and used soapy rags that left all these marks. The other worker cleaned it while the other continued to call me a bitch. Bottom line, they left the outside of my car a mess. When I went back I was yelled and cursed at. I think Oakley does a great job on cars. They are decently priced and offer a guarantee. You can return within 2 days with receipt if your car get dirty. They also do oil changes and other basic maintenance as well. They are located not far off the Belt Pkwy so its convenient to get too. They are currently only doing exterior wash right now. read more

I went to this car wash about a month ago on a weedday. I was walking with my walker to the cashierwhen I got near to pay she asked me to have a seat near the coffee machine where there where chairs to sit because I was walking slowly so she said sit down and she took my credit card with my slip which contained the type of car wash I was getting.I felt that this was very thought of her and I thanked her for her coUrtesy. Now 2 weeks later I went again, when I was asked what type of wash I wanted i responded by saying a REBOUND with CEREMAC GLAZE ,the man I was speaking to askdid I want my tires shiny also. He proceEded to tell me that it was$3 more .I said do the tires and forget about the CEREMAC GLAZE. He gave me my receipt and I proceEded to go to the cashier. When I reached the same place I was at the last time I went there ,I sat down and waited for her to come over but she never did I kept calling her but she kept waving for me to come to the window. I know she saw me with my walker but I beleive she did not care about that so I proceeded to go outside and sit on the bench. I then asked one of the workers to get me the manager. After asking several times I realized that they did not speak English, Finally a person came over and said he was the manager. I explained to him what had happened inside. He then took my credit caard and went inside and brought back my credit card and receipt and handed it back to me without any apology whatever.I tookthe card with my receipt and went into my car and drove away. After driving blocks I remembered that I forgot to look at my receipt because I was angry at what just happened. I pulled over to look at the receipt and saw that they had charged for the ceramac Glaze. I immediately went back to the car wash and told the same person I spoke to that I was charged $6.99 for the ceramic glaze instead of being charged $3 for the tire cleaning.I handed him the receipt with the credit card and asked him to credit me back the $4 dollars. HE immediateld yelled back and told me that "You can't change your mind when ordering one type of car wash addition ( ceremac Glaze ) and change your mind for another type of addition ( tires ) . Rude dude at the register seemed so annoyed that he couldn't be bothered to tell me what wash includes. They don't even dry your car and my car was still dripping wet when they let me go. I went to this place to change engine oil. I was told I absolutely must change differential oil as well, and I thought it was probably time to do it at the 43k mileage. After they were done, the mechanic guy told me they could not do it because they could not open the drain plug even though they tried hard and suggested going to another place to change oil and replace the plug there. So he told me I needed to order a new plug and that he would reimburse it without clarifying the reason. I went to the auto repair shop across the road, and their mechanic showed me how the plug was destroyed and refused to deal with it. Apparently, it happened while they were desperately trying to open it at the Oakley place. See attached photo. Now, thanks to these guys, I am left with a broken plug and unable to change the differential oil. So now I have to find an auto repair shop willing to replace it somehow. I also wonder how much it will cost. I will avoid these shady auto services like this in the future. read more

I had my wife go to these guys for an oil change while I was away on military orders. 2 days later my truck died right in the middle of 4th Ave down by the Barclay Center with my pregnant wife stranded while I was still away. I called my roadside assistance and had the truck towed to a nearby pep boys where they looked over the truck and told me there were 2 problems I know didn't exist before. I work on my truck myself and I know ever inch of it. So these guys obviously messed around with something they should have not! Now a couple months later I go to do an oil change and transmission flush and the nuts are so tight that I can't break them loose and they are becoming stripped as I try... These guys are pure scum! They will alter your vehicle to try and lure you back for business. STAY AWAY!!!! Also, my wife knows a lot about this truck and they were trying to haggle with her (a pregnant woman) to get other services done that weren't needed at the time when she got the oil change. I started going to this car wash after I had an unhappy experience at my neighborhood location. But I'll be sticking with this place for awhile. Their service surpasses the results that I got in the past at my neighborhood car wash. This past winter my car has been at its dirtiest with all the ice and salt but one trip to this car wash and he looks shiny and brand new. The best part is that shiny look lasts for days even through snow and rain! For example, my car was washed this past Thursday - I'm writing this review on a Saturday and he's still shiny even though the past snowfall we just had. The only negative that I really see is the long lines because there are always long lines. But that just shows that people are returning and willing to wait for a reason. One yelper mentioned that their cup holders were left dirty after a wash-another negative. This is true depending on the wash package that you purchase unfortunately according to staff. But I'll definitely be a regular here even if I have to clean my own cup holders LOL read more

What can I say about this place? They wash cars here. They do a decent job but it's not exactly a quick and enjoyable experience. I've come to the realization that the quality of the wash depends on the staff running the show. Some days they pay attention to detail and my car comes out so fresh and so clean (OutKast voice) and some days I am left wondering what I just paid for. The only car wash I go to because it is extremely close to my home, but they do an exceptional job. I don't really get their other options, other than the exterior car wash, but they have a good amount of different washes to choose from. I usually go from 6-11pm when they offer their $6 car washes, which is great, because all I really need is an external car wash most of the time. During the daytime, there is someone to drive your car into the car wash, but during the night hours you have to drive the car into the wash yourself. I love it though because it's cheap, quick and then you can be on your way! read more

I come for oil change every 5k miles or so. The guys know the car and are good mechanics. HONEST..Checking and explaining the options available. Typical wait time no more then 30 mins. Went in for an oil change. This is all I wanted, but they need to up sell you on another service, as always. They showed me the oil, and said that it was in bad condition (this is the reason I came in for an oil change). The mechanic also mentioned that there's no point in doing a change if we don't do another, more costly, service to "clean the engine". Every single time I come here, there seems to be a need to do another service. Keep in mind that my tires were in terrible condition, but they didn't mention a thing because they don't sell tires. When I mentioned the condition of my tires and asked why they didn't mention anything, he chuckled. After I sat down to wait for my car to be finished, I was once again asked to come look at the oil. He also showed me that my cabin filter needed to be replaced, I saw that he had kept it on the passenger seat before he picked it up to show me. I don't need to spend 30, $40 on a filter I can purchase for 13 bucks online, and replace in 10 seconds. When The oil change was done and I finally got into the car, I noticed there was debris from the cabin filter that had been left on the passenger seat . I was also frustrated to find out that every spot the mechanic had touched was covered in oil. The steering wheel, the stick shift, The door handle, Even the instrument cluster that was used to reset the mileage (I wish they didn't do this because I use this to gauge my miles per gallon). It's ironic how little they care to keep the car clean, while they also offer a car wash. The service was expensive and I expect a bare minimum of customer service that I did not receive. I used to come here because it was close to where I live, but I will venture up Coney Island avenue to find a new spot. read more

I went for a oil change and i was waiting to come in looking where to enter with my car the workers purposely didnt look at me to guide me or anything and then when i brought my car to the correct place, and the guy checked it out he said i needed like all these flushes like my fuel injector and coolant resovir and my engine tank needed to be cleaned. I didn't really get there package stuff but they have like pre made packages that include certain flushes and things and he told me i needed like the 4th expense one which was like 300 somehting ,i was like wtf he seriously wasn't believable.I just told him to do the oil change and it like was 28.95 with a free wash, that was the reason i went there but turns out he car wash wasn't that great. But as I pull my car in for them to take to wash I get a ticket to pay at register. So I go inside leaving my car behind and I see my car drive out. Once I get into the car and drive off the car still looked really dirty inside. But that's not the worst part. I see a nice long crack on top of my wind shield. They must of cracked it with the way they were handling the broom before the car went in. I would go to this car wash all the time. But their quality has gone down. This place is always busy, from the line to get in the carwash, as well as the heaps of cars outside and even on the street getting detailed and dried. They offer multiple packages, and of course add ons, which are a bit more expensive than other places, but at least they do a decent job. I usually end up paying around $15 for a wash and dry, with tire shine. I don't do all the other wax products because my car is new. On the weekends, the lines are usually long and it takes a while to get your car back. During the weekday, it is better, and the wait time is less. Inside they have a long wall full of air fresheners, car accessories, mats, etc. You pay for the wash at the front of the store. I always give the guys doing the drying and the tire shine a little tip, this way when I keep coming back they do remember, and spiff up their work in anticipation of getting a tip. read more

Got a full service wash here the other day. The location is great, the line moves reasonably fast, and they offer a variety of levels, from exterior only to a very detailed in and out job, the kind they recommend before you return your car from a lease. Makes sense. All this is wonderful, except for the quality of the work you actually receive. As I said, I opted for Full Service. It was far from full, or much of a service. The car wasn't overly dirty, I had it washed just 5 day prior, it mostly just had the usual spring time pollen covering it, and a couple of bird poop over the windshield wipers. After the car came out of the wash, they wiped it down with rags that looked already wet, and did more of smudging than drying. I wasn't happy. The cup holders were not cleaned at all, the mats were not replaced properly, the side mirrors and rear windshield was never dried. So after driving away, I decided to pull over and wipe down the water still running on the windshield, myself. That's when I noticed that to top off my disappointment with everything they didn't take care of, the bird poop was still on the wipers as well. One of my cars received an oil change and they never changed the sticker, so I had to figure out when I had it last. They advertise a $30 oil change but now with several different cars that I've gone to this shop with, they always have the same story once you pull in that your car doesn't use the right oil that they use for their $30 oil change and so it's now either $60 plus tax for 3000 miles or $75 plus tax for 5000 miles?!???? RIP OFF!!! I came in to get an oil change for a 2017 Sentra. I asked how much the price will be for regular oil and their associate informed me that the oil change will be $56 plus tax. This is insane because usually a standard oil change is $33. I agreed to the price and walked into the waiting area and saw that an express oil change is $36.99. I asked the associate if I can get the express, he informed me no because my Nissan doesn't take regular oil. Ended up with a $62 all in bill. Have been coming here for an oil change... So far I've been here 3 times and only have good things to say. There is never a wait because there are multiple stations. They check everything and provide a printed report. The waiting area is comfortable. The free car wash is just ok, but its free. I have in the past paid extra for a better grade of a wash, but even with the basic free one, its a nice thing to do. Overall a very pleasant experience, pretty consistently. read more

I was going there for the past year, but after my last two visits, I do not recomend it to anyone. 2 months after purchasing my 2013 Hyundai, I went there for a wash, and my car came out with a scratch. I did not return for months, until recently after a snow storm, because the line wasn't that bad. 2 days later I went looking for my gps, which I had put in the glove compartment, and to my surprise it was stolen along with a bottle of cologne.
