In March, the funeral home called to check on the status of his grave marker. They were told that it had arrived in December, but they were waiting for nicer weather to set it. Come May of 2013, when we, the family, went to check on it, the marker wasn't down yet. Records show it was received in December at the monument company, but according to them, it is either lost or was stolen. We have now had to reorder. We wanted it to be down my Memorial Day or by the one year anniversary of my mom's death on June 8th. It looks like neither will happen. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
