Sidewalk slumped and had a major crack within a couple of weeks - they reinstalled about a year later. Planted incorrect plants and not all of the plants in the contract - took a year and a half to correct that. Spring cleanup and fall cleanup was ok, except the trimming of a couple of bushes. Trimming was very uneven and almost killed an established bush. We requested (multiple times) that they call before they come to the house to do work since we were having other work done on the house and that there were periodic healthcare providers coming out. The remembered twice to do this, but then neglected to do so the 8 other times. The maintenance program was horrible - the mulch was nonexistent in patches; they killed 7 plants with their spraying; and they agreed to pull large weeds and then refused to. After two monthly treatments, they just walked away. I would NOT recommend - they are overwhelmed and the different groups within the organization don't appear to talk to one another.

We hired Wood's Concrete to do our stamped concrete patio. We are very patient and understanding…read morepeople, but have finally had enough. The work they did looks nice and they deserve credit for that which is why we've given them 2 stars. But otherwise we have been unsatisfied. Even from the beginning before our project even began, we were never sure if/when they would be coming out. Our project was pushed back several weeks due to rain, which is understandable but were never informed of a new start date and left in the dark. Communication was poor throughout the process as our project was completed in 2 separate pours. We were fine to overlook all of this because the work got done. Or so we thought. After the second pour we were asked to settle up payment and told that they would be back the next morning to drop gravel where the skid loader tore up our breezeway as well as clean up the concrete at the end of our driveway from spraying down the skid loader. We paid. They never showed up. It's now been almost 3 months later. We have called, left voicemails, emailed, and submitted requests on the website for them to come out and finish the job MULTIPLE times and it has still not happened. Initially we were told many times "we'll be out by the end of the week" and no one shows or bothers to update us. Now we cannot even reach them. We wouldn't recommend. Which is a shame. Because the work they do is beautiful. Their business practices? Not so much.
