But the moment we met Terry he was welcoming, down to earth, and didn't push anything. He let us come to him with questions, and made everything such a peaceful and enjoyable process. The Suits family was welcoming and hands on throughout and communicated with us. We didn't feel lost in the process of building OUR forever home. We even got to visit the factory to see our home in the process and it was such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Our total was roughly 75,000 so you would expect quality right? Well, where do I begin... First off, our home is on sand, so settling is to be expected. We need to be re-leveled. We haven't contacted them about this yet, but have alerted them to other issues we had, and we're just gonna wait till they showed up to mention it. We've been here 3 months now, with a back sliding glass door that doesn't lock, that they were supposedly sending someone to fix. The included dishwasher doesn't work properly, in several places the trim wasn't cut correctly and overlap, some of the doors do not close, the trim isn't nailed down in some places, there are nails sticking out of the walls in some places where my daughter has cut her fingers on, none of the bedroom doors have locks on them, and the contractor they hired to install our well and septic left large ditches leaving our pipes exposed to the elements and a fall hazard for our small children, and to top it all off, one of the workers shit in the master bathroom, didn't clean the toilet, and used one of the display washclothes to wipe their ass, then folded it back up and put it back like no one would notice. We are disgusted with the service. We have contacted them, and we're told they would look into it and send someone to work on the place, and never heard from them again. We are about to hire someone to come fix it, and send them the bill.
