Positive: These units are very nice. A great layout with dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, central AC. Maintenance staff on premises. Negative: No assigned parking and limited parking spaces so sometimes you have to park very far away from your unit. The units can get damp so the bathrooms quickly get moldy. I live at 113 Royal Ct for the past 8 years.I signed a lease on 11-1-2018 and its 1-13-2019 and I have no lease.I called the office 5 times and they hung up on me and my wife 5 times.WHY. I called again the next day 4 times and they treated me like shit very disrespectful.
