They are not high end luxury like a fancy hotel, and I liked this because I felt more comfortable in a home style suite. There were a lot of contractors and corporations renting units when I was there, but there were long term individuals as well. The mix of tenants was great. There was never any noise issues and the people were friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious. All utilities were included as well as cable and wifi. I was offered weekly room cleaning and fresh bedding and towels on a weekly basis, but I chose to wash these with my own laundry. It was a bonus having the laundry room on the same floor as my apartment. I used the weekly room cleaning service twice during my stay when I was ultra busy at work. the grounds are kept well and are peaceful. The staff are trustworthy and attentive. They have new management and maintenance staff. I came in late at night and the manager met and welcomed me personally after hours. The new property manager of Macro Properties is really sweet and happy. You can tell she likes her job. She goes above and beyond for tenants, and the maintenance staff are always accommodating to fix anything that needs doing.I definitely recommend Bayview Manor and would stay there again.
