Oasis is one of the best restaurants in our town! The food is always great, and portions are terrific! Prices are exactly where they should be, affordable. The personnel are friendly and always happy to see you come in. IMO they have the best prime rib dinner in the area and we had our first chicken friend steak there the other day and it was the best i have had in years!!! read more

We love the Oasis. My hubby gets either the prime rib or the ribeye, both are always chewable and tasty. I tend to roam about the menu. This week I had the chicken chimichanga with beans and Mexican rice. The rice had a tad bit of spice, but it was totally do-able. Our appetizer was the chicken quesadilla. Yum! My all time favorite is the chicken fried steak. It's very flavorful. The gravy is excellent and goes well on my fries. read more

Worst customer service ever! I've been there twice with my two little girls and fiance and each time we sat close to an hour while they served customers that came in afterwards. My daughters and I are biracial and it definitely felt like a racial thing. Will not be a returning customer!! read more

I eat at The Oasis regularly because I love their prime rib and the mushroom garlic sirloin. Good prices and good food. Service is slow. Servers need training on proper and timely service. Other than that, I always go back because of the food. read more

Itsy bitsy prime rib. I am a grown man, when I order a King Cut prime rib in Butte Mt. I expect and deserve a good cut of meet. This isn't even close. When I moved to Butte we would eat at the famed "Lamplighter." They were the King Cut. Then this little casino advertises prime rib. Missed the mark, the manager didn't seem to care...the waitress who was great was even embarrassed. If you work hard all week and you have to pick a restaurant to take your family to do not choose The Oasis. They need a new manager, or someone that cares. read more

My wife and I have been eating at the Oasis for the past 11 years , at least 3 x a month. The food is pretty good. The service is weak. On 12/04/2017 My wife and I ate there around 10:30 a.m. As we went to pay my wife noticed she left our coupon on the table that already had been cleaned because we were gambling. We tried to explain that to the lady at the cage and we were treated like we were trying to steal . She called over other co workers and they tread us the same way. We do use a coupon every week because we also put money in the machines. We will not be returning. read more

I live locally in Butte and I frequent the Oasis Restaurant and Casino. Each time I go, the service seems to get worse. There have been times I have waited 10-15 minutes before I was even aknowledged. The waitress was not busy, however she was busy conversing with other customers. She was sitting in the chair at the customers table for approx. 8-10 minutes. It was so frustrating that my family and I got up and left. On another occasion, my girlfriend and I walked in the front door to find the restaurant was very busy and there was only 1 table available. We sat down at the table which was slightly dirty and needed only to be wiped and set up. A man who I assume was the manager approached our table and asked if we would like drinks. We ordered our drinks and he brought the drinks and set them down without wiping the table or even getting us clean silverware and napkins. We politely asked him for a clean rag to wipe the table when he proceeded to become very angry with us and simply told us, and I quote. " Well, you sat at a dirty table!" Needless to say, we immediately left the restaurant very upset. Long story short, the food is good but the service is a complete tragedy. The staff desperately needs some proper training in customer service. read more
