I have been going to Oasis Nails for years and have always been pleased. I've recently starting doing the nail dips and I love it! I like having long natural nails and the nail dip allows me to do just that. It doesn't peel like shelac does so your nails stays very healthy. I recommend the nail dip to those who are looking for strong nails. On a side note, the staff and owners are amazing...they will never let you leave unhappy. I'm a customer for life. :) read more

I use to like this place but today it was horrible. It took two and a half hours to do a regular pedicure and a full set. That full set I was told was not a manicure so I did not get a massage with it like I was supposed to and like what I get all the other times I have been there. During the pedicure, the person doing my nails (Cant remember her name, older lady) was not paying attention and cut my big toe. This lead to me bleeding all over! Not to mention pain. They then squished my toe with cotton to try to get the bleeding to stop, that did not do it, then they put the liquid bandage on it which hurt even worse (since its like super glue) but that did not even stop it. They had to use that and cotton and hold it for about 5 minutes just to get it to stop bleeding. They then had me soak my feet again and when she was cleaning up that toe again opened up the wound and it started bleeding again. This time they used nail glue to make it stop bleeding. This got it to stop bleeding but still hurt... Not at any time I was offered a discount (nor did I ask, Why should I have to ask for something that they should be doing anyways for causing me pain). I got there at 4:35 for an apt that I had at 4:45 and felt so rushed to get out the door because they were closing... I will never recommend this place, which is sad I use to love it... read more

Shellac nail polish are old! People, when polish is old they normally don't stick into your nails for few days and will start peeling off like a soft rubber. My niece is a rep. for the products and knows how polish works and how long they should last on a salon shelves! You can not dilute any polish with acetone to make it useable (runny) again & again it does not work and will not give you a lasting result. I had my fill & shellac polish Wed., the employee told me that she should try again so I went for it and after 3 days not only one of my nail acrylic fill cracked, my polish of all my nails starting to ripping off on the tip and so when I take a shower and try to scrub my scalp I can feel the polish snagging through my hair. Obviously the polish is very very old. You sometimes wonder why so many # of same colors on their shelves you never know which ones are old! I gave them a 1 star because of their friendliness & cleanliness of having a plastic liners (as regulated) on their pedi called spa but you sometime wonder if they start talking about you when they start talking in their own language and everyone laughs while you asked a question! I hope the owner does have any knowledge of running a business and keep a good clean inventory of her products. This is not acceptable!!! I know most people go to this place because of convenience living in Duvall and to support businesses even you are unhappy. A lady came in and complain most of her polish didn't last after coming back from vacation for 5 days the owner wanted to charged her but she refused and walked out! read more

Oasis Nails is the best salon in Duvall! They are kind, courteous and always do my nails beautifully. I've been to countless salons and it's hard to find one that gets it right, but they consistently do! I like my nails short and natural looking and that's hard to do with acrylic. I very often get complimented on my nails- from the shape, the color and no one believes me when I tell them it's acrylic! read more

The short version: My experience, that was supposed to be a special treat, ended in pain and a mani/pedi that I probably could have done better job on myself. If you want to know more: I went here today because I had previously had a good experience but this one was just awful. Similar to another reviewer, I was cut several times while the employee was very painfully removing a cuticle (she actually cut into three of my toes) at the beginning of the pedicure so the rest of it was very unpleasant. While she was doing this, one of the other ladies that work there looked over and noticed that I was clenching my hands trying not to say anything and said something to the lady working on me - I don't know what was said but it made me feel like the lady doing my pedicure wasn't very experienced. I was hoping that the she wasn't going to do the manicure but she did so I asked her to be very gentle, although I'm not sure she understood what I was saying (not that this is normally an issue - I just wanted to make sure she knew that I didn't want it to be painful!). My manicure was sub par also and this evening I am starting to feel pain near the edges of most of my nails. I don't know if this would have been my experience had I gotten someone else to do my nails, but I probably won't go back simply because I don't want to take the chance she will work on me again. I should say that when I was leaving I asked for the name of a lady there who seemed to have more experience hoping to make an appointment with her next time. The person I asked turned to the one who was working on me and said something that I didn't understand, then told me her name was Lang - I'm not sure if that is her name based on the conversation so now all I know is not to make an appointment with Lang. I'll try Princess Nails next time and hope that I have a better experience. read more

I started coming here after we moved locally and found out there was new owners. The previous one did not have great reviews. Kim who is the owner is amazing and I always ask for her and make an appointment. Weekends are busy so I try to get in after work during the week. I highly suggest making an appointment as they tend to turn people away when busy. I am doing a new technique to me which is gel texture pink and white. It takes a bit longer but there is NO lifting, healthier for your nails and thinner with no build up. Try it if you like pink and white. The new remodel is coming along beautifully. The only negative is staff taking personal calls while working with a customer. I find this disrespectful. read more

Having two kids under three often feels like a roller coaster that's bursting into flames while the whole house is on fire. Haggard, sleepless and with dangerously low blood sugar levels, my mom and two kids stumbled upon this oasis of pampering right next to Safeway in Duvall. I saw the $25 foot massage beckoning to me from the parking lot- wait....is what I'm seeing real? This must be a mirage. Alas, no! I heard the Oasis's siren song and in we all stumbled. Not only did I get the manicure/pedicure of a lifetime (can you say magic hands?) these lovely nail artists HELD MY FUSSY 8 MONTH OLD while I finished up a flamingo pink shellac that made me want to shake my tail feathers. They also made no qualms as my two year old busted her manicure not once but twice whilst dancing to Taylor Swift in the pedicure chair. Fixed it twice.Convenient? You bet. Patient? Of Job. Quality? Superb. So quench your thirst for relaxation (preferably without your crotch fruits) at the Oasis!!!! read more

I decided to try a place in town to get nails filled. There were two girls working when I walked in. Both working on one lady hands and feet. I was willing to wait. Several girls walked in when I was finally being helped and all told to come back at 2 if they wanted help. Guess this place needs more workers but yet once you see the job they do you probably wont come back. I wasnt impressed at all. My nails are uneven. The paint doesnt appear smooth. Went in 6 days ago to get acrylic nails with form. Had called ahead and they assured us they could do this. Nope, only glue on tips. After some discussion I was told there was a new product, Kiarasky Dip Nails. Basically, paint on glue/base and then dip nails in acrylic powder. They REALLY pushed how wonderful this would be. It was beautiful, for 5 days. Then they began lifting and chipping worse than any set of bad set of acrylic nails. I live elsewhere and was visiting, so no going in to get a refund (paid in cash) for this mess. I have gone here before for gel nails and the outcome and staff were wonderful. DO NOT GET KIARASKY NAILS here. read more
