Alerted the receptionist about this incident and asked for the additional page. She couldn't find the page and I asked for the manager who also couldn't find the page. She reiterated to me that they were rearranging their mailroom so they would find my mail and give me a call (which they never did). After realizing this missing page was financial information, I alerted my financial institution as the whole situation seemed like a scam. On the next visit, I asked if they had found my scanned page which the receptionist said they hadn't. This was only the second piece of mail I received through their service and I hadn't even been a customer for 2 weeks. Smh. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere.
