It was breaking off and was badly layered causing it to split and break off worse. Enter Salon M. I originally had an appt with another stylist but because of my own miscommunication and the recent loss of my dad, I came the wrong day. (I'm really sorry about that guys) I was lucky enough to meet Michelle there working late. She agreed to cut it for me and try to fix it because I had a job interview that Friday. She was lovley, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and saved my hair. She shaped it nicely to my face which was a miracle considering how bad it was. She knew exactly what would work, took her time and expertise to make it look healthy and beautiful. I knew I had to go really short to save it, and she somehow managed to make me feel like I still had a little length. Two weeks later it's grown in just a tad and I've been learning to style it with some great tips She gave me. Being in customer service myself, whether you're currently busy or not, acknowledging your customers' presence is important. So I decided to walk myself deeper into the salon and find the product myself. THEN SHE SPOKE TO ME! "Can I help you with anything?" I told her I was looking for product to reduce hair loss.
