Exceptionally horrible customer service, especially by "Myrna" one of the receptionists whom works the front desk. She is very unhelpful & snippy - consistently. The executive directors rotate out about every 2-years or so. That tells you a lot about their service & workplace climate - they have a high turnover, and can't keep quality staff (or lack of quality staff). Since the ownership changed within the last 5 months care and the overall environment have noticeably declined. Staffing and care: chronic understaffing, with several instances of missed meals and delayed supervision. My mother didn't have anyone several times to take her to the dining room for lunch and dinner, which I have video recordings of her not leaving her room for those meals. I had a ring camera in her room. Communication not always the best. I wanted her Drs number to talk about her medications and I was denied a few times until I put it in an email. Because of these concerns, I relocated my mom to a facility where she appeared happier within the 2nd day. If your parent needs assistance in a living center do not count on this one. I am posting this review as a warning to others.
