Any requests made to alter the toppings have only been missed on one occasion but I leave that to a busy kitchen to be run by humans and as such, are capable of making a mistake here and there. It's no big deal at all. During one visit, the manager had taken my girlfriend's plate away after we had finished and asked for the remainder of what she had to be bagged. He accidentally threw it out. When we realized what may have happened, I approached the manager and to my surprise, we were presented with a brand new, full dish, packed and ready to be taken home.
