I want my money back! Oh maaaan! -I was told no boba for 45 min. -Came back in 55min and I was able to order my usual Thai tea boba large. I asked for 1/2 sweetness which is also my usual go to. The staff said they can make it even less sweet 25%. I said no 1/2 is fine. -was ready in 1 min which was unusually quick. -bobas were hard and very chewy and zero flavor -the drink itself tasted the most watered down version of Thai tea. (Thai tea mixed with cup of water.. ) - I was tired, thirsty, and waited an hour for a drink, so I chugged it quickly and left the bobas on the bottom of the cup. -I wouldn't recommend it.. spending $8.50 + tip for a terrible drink. =\ read more

Quick boba stop while walking around Downtown Summerlin. Good selection of flavors, toppings and types of drinks. Boba is decently made, we also tried the strawberry jelly which is good with fruity lemonades and teas. They're not usually busy so it's quick to order and the drinks are ready quickly as well. The boba is very good ! The service was very well and it came out at a good time not late.

I wait 15 min for 2 small drinks and when I asked how much longer it will take they said they are really busy but it's coming up, waited another 5/10 minutes I had to cancel my order. There should be no reason wait more than 20 min for 2 drinks. I would not go back. I had to tell them that how is it that 4 other people got their drinks and were way behind me. What a fun little boba kiosk/trailer set up in the middle of DTS (Downtown Summerlin)! They have a variety of teas, lemonades & boba selections. Rodman was great! He helped us pick our selections & served us with the biggest smile! He also was very friendly to our dogs & gave us some water for them: so generous! We got the milk tea with boba and a strawberry lemon: both were delicious! The only reason I'm giving 4* rather than 5* is because of high prices & limited hours, but I overall still think it's a great pit stop while shopping. Was so excited to find boba at the outlet but honestly it was such a mistake...got the Jasmine Milk Tea and it was the most watered down drink I ever had. The actual boba topping was not sweetened either. Price was expensive as well $7ish for a small. So sad since Jasmine is one of the staples of milk tea and shouldn't be hard to make. read more

New boba spot at Downtown Summerlin. I decided as I was running errands the other day that I would check this place out. The menu is pretty limited on the drinks they serve. Their location is inside an airstream trailer so I am sure the creativity of drink making is limited due to space. Their branding and signage are very cute and inviting. I was looking for a refreshing ice cold tea and I ordered their Jasmine Green tea. I took a big drink as soon as I could and it was not great. I expected to taste the flowers of the Jasmine tea but instead all I got was a lot of sweet taste. Perhaps the boba drinks are better, but based on the reviews maybe not. I just wasn't happy with my choice. Service was friendly and quick. There are some small tables and chairs for customers to sit at, but the shade coverage is limited. Horrible service and bad drinks. No greeting or smile when we walked up to the window. We ordered a few drinks, but the boba was hard in the middle and the Tiger Sugar drink was watered down. I reluctantly went back to the window and explained it wasn't very sweet compared to other drinks. The guy at the window (black curly hair, wearing a black Sickies Garage shirt) didn't say a word--just slowly turned around, grabbed another cup, pumped syrup, and tried to hand it back to me. I apologized and asked him to remake it. He "remade" it, but this time didn't add any boba, and it still tasted watered down. At that point I was honestly worried about drinking it given his attitude. $8 wasted, my kids weren't happy, and I wasn't about to go back a third time. We left disappointed. This stand doesn't deserve a spot at DTS. Brew Tea or No. 1 Boba Tea would be a way better fit. The drinks here are cheaply made--hard boba, inconsistent sweetness, watered-down tiger sugar, and taro that tastes like artificial powder. The customer service is just as bad. Everything was so bland and taste so powdery, we ordered brown sugar taste nothing like brown sugar, we also ordered Thai Tea also nothing close to a Thai tea then the Brewed Tea (Jasmine Green Tea) they all taste like nothing to what their suppose to be. And we didn't had a chance to try the boba because they ran out when we were there. And we're actually excited to try this place, but the quality of the drink hmm would not comeback. Service was ok. When I spotted Oba Boba for the first time, I was excited to see it parked next to some of my favorite places (Sephora and Lush). Upon my discovery, I immediately walked over and stood in line. FYI- this isn't a full-service boba shop. They offer a limited menu and all of their drinks are pre-made (sweetness level adjustments are not available). The employee kindly greeted us as we approached the window. I asked if their Taro Milk Tea was made with fresh taro and she didn't understand my question so I ordered something else (brown sugar MT). How was it? Too sweet! They mistakenly added boba to my drink because I didn't request it. The boba was undercooked and difficult to chew. Needless to say, I didn't enjoy my drink.
