After months of planning, I was naturally nervous, but Bill made the whole process so much easier. He was incredibly accommodating, patient with all of my questions, and always willing to work with me to make sure every detail came together. Most importantly, he was true to his word. Everything we discussed beforehand was delivered exactly as promised, which gave me so much peace of mind. The staff was just as amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was having a great time. They kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so I could relax and enjoy such a special evening with my family and friends.
