So why the 1-star rating: My issue with R Core is that we specifically asked them to pull a permit for the job they were doing. They charged us for said permit and told us they did. Finally I went online and searched our address to see if a permit was pulled and there is NO record of a permit being pulled for this job. I reached out again to RCore several times requesting a refund for the permit charge and they never responded. I find this very shady and I'm very upset that they charged me to pull a permit and didn't actually pull it. And that they have not responded to any of my emails.
