It is…read morefamily owned, excellent food, fun, great atmosphere in a location that is just up the road from the Mepelbrunn Schloss (Castle). Perhaps my favorite restaurant in the world. Definitely in my top three. And the great thing is, they are very reasonable and if you've tossed back a few too many, you can stay the night, literally. They are also a full service hotel. Clean, reasonable, family friendly.. Call ahead for rooms available. Great central location for traveling Europe...or just an extended hike through the Spessart forest.
