Oblix is the most GORGEOUS new Pilates studio that establishes this grounding, calming atmosphere I cannot get enough of. This may sound like an odd description: a ballet studio in Greece (preferably coastal). This is exactly what I think of when I see Oblix! Deena is the BEST instructor with her additions of spicy movements and modern takes on the Pilates classes. She really knows how to target key core abdominal muscles and work every single muscle to the bone. Her music taste is impeccable, her personality and heart are so pure, and her teaching is pristine. I also adore Jaloni and Francis, but I primarily take Deena's classes. I'm looking forward to taking more classes with other instructors as Deena moves in January :( xoxo Oblix DEARLY read more

It's pronounced like Obliques btw! I just realized that when I attended my first session via classpass! i LOVE this studio. The interior is so cool. Similar to the Pilates Plus Studio City but this is much more minimalist vibe. Our instructor was Francis and she was great! Because I've done other pilates studios and reformer machines, I'm already familiar, but I appreciate learning some new moves. They have a couple parking spots in the back if you come at the right time (the window when ppl leave the class and before the next one starts). Otherwise, street parking is the next best. You can access the studio from both street and backside FYI. I will definitely be back!! This might be my new go to studio! read more

I really loved this studio. It reminds me a lot of another blue light- chain that's all over the US because the workout and the machine is very similar, but that's probably why I loved Oblix so much. I LOVE Oblix! After trying several reformer Pilates studios in the neighborhood, it didn't take long for me to settle on Oblix as my go-to spot. First off, the studio's ambiance and vibe are incredible. Those photogenic mirrors are a total bonus--they'll have you snapping selfies after every workout! Plus, the space is very clean, which I really value. They offer a fantastic deal with unlimited classes for 10 days for just $100. It gave me the chance to try out different instructors and time slots to figure out what worked best with my busy schedule before work. I'm an early riser, so I usually take the 6:30 a.m. classes. Parking hasn't been an issue for me at that time, but the studio has rear parking spots and plenty of street meters nearby, so it seems convenient at any time of day. read more

I really LOVED Oblix! What caught my eye was definitely the studios interior. I took a class with Deena and she was such an amazing Pilates instructor. She really wanted to make sure that we understood what we were doing on the Megaformer and that our positioning was correct. She has a great class for beginners, but also makes it a good class for those who know Pilates. I thought Natalie was kind and welcoming. However, the reformer I was on had uneven black straps no matter how much I adjusted myself but she said it was probably due to wear and tear and would need to be replaced soon. Just a heads up to choose your reformer carefully! read more

Went for my first time today and Francis was nurturing in her approach when I told her it was my first time taking a Pilates class since having a baby. It was a hard class don't get me wrong, but at the end I was so proud of myself for finishing and I left wanting to come back. The instructor was just amazing. TIP: Parking is a little rough, so make sure you get to the area early to find a spot. Nevertheless, I have already scheduled my next class and am so excited! Bomb. There may be parking in the back, I went so early so I wasn't worried about meter parking which is plenty up front depending on the time u go. I took the high intensity burn 6:30a with Helene. Whewwwwww! a workout. She did not play. It was a very challenging class. Some parts I couldn't hear her over the audio system but I was able to look around. Definitely worth a try. I've taken two classes now & I still love it but it's def not a beginner's studio. If someone has never taken a class they wouldn't know what's going on as far as weights, carriage and some movements. read more

I really love it at Oblix. I've been here 5 times now and one of my Favorite instructors is Jessica A. Her instructions are soo easy to follow the way she teaches, normally I get a little confused sometimes but never with her, which I love and always perfectly demonstrates. She is very encouraging and helpful. I always love her play list, the perfect balance between pumping you up and also zen. The studio is beautiful and a great space. read more

Oblix is a bit hyped up. The positive and if you notice only thing mentioned is the look of studio. It's nice but bare bones. No amenities, no water station and one small bathroom. The machines are decent but too close together. Some moves are impossible because you are hitting a pole or another machine. It's a trip hazard and kind of dangerous. A small note is it smells like chemicals in there sometimes. The major drawback is there is NO PARKING! It's obnoxious. There are four tandem parking spaces and one is usually taken up by the teacher. People park in the neighboring business spots which is really not cool. I've seen the owner do it several times which is a major turn off. There is some street parking but when the other businesses open up, good luck! Let's be real, there are a number of these places offering the exact same workout. There is nothing special here except for the social media junkies that need come for a post and not a workout. If you are uncomfortable with being filmed during the workout this is not your place. Most classes has a girl recording the class to later post on social media. For the price it's an average experience. read more

For starters, the studios interior is beautiful! It's aesthetically pleasing and perfect for pictures! The studio is very very clean! The instructors here, AMAZING! Bree was an absolute sweetheart. My friends and I decided to try Pilates for the first time and we chose this studio because it was close by to our houses and it was very aesthetic. Bree made our first class so much fun! She was very helpful, very descriptive with every exercise, and super motivating ! She continuously made sure everyone in her class was good and if anyone needed a break she made sure we knew that we could pause if needed. The workout was amazing! I was sore for two days!!! I was able to take Deenas class and WOW!! She was also very helpful with the exercises! I got an insane workout with her! Amazing instructor as well! My abs and booty are still on fire!!
