The service was good as was the selection which was broad. I picked up a brochure while there that tells the history of the store. There aren't many that have lasted since 1839 so they know how to do business in their market.

I bought them on April 17th and wore them for only 2-3 days before realizing they caused discomfort in the soles of my feet. I checked my receipt, which stated that I had 7 days to return the item, so I returned on April 21st. However, I was told I couldn't return them because I had worn them, and the store needed to "contact On" before proceeding. This didn't make sense to me--there was nothing wrong with the shoes physically, and they were in the same condition as when I bought them. I simply didn't like how they felt, and I was within the return window. The staff gave me the runaround and were generally unhelpful, except for a kind associate named Blakely at the Tupelo location who empathized with my situation. Ultimately, I wasn't able to get a refund--only a store credit for the value of the shoes. I had to repeatedly follow up on my own, calling almost daily to speak with Bo, the manager, as no one ever reached out to me with updates. I've spent nearly $400 at this store in total, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. If you're considering purchasing On shoes, I strongly recommend buying directly from the brand's website instead of from a small boutique with high prices and an inflexible return policy.

They do usually have a great selection of clothing and have unique pieces. I will say who ever is in charge of their social media needs to rethink their tactics. They went through my instagram for about two weeks and liked about 10 photos around 1 am each night and the photos were from 3-4 years ago... it was super creepy. Love their clothes. But Social media needs help.
