I've used this company twice for a standard cleaning for my home. I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to cleaning, and they exceeded my expectations both times. I was hoping to continue using them as my default cleaners going forward... Until my latest request. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, this company is terrible at communication and scheduling. I've previously tried scheduling a cleaning on a Saturday, but they informed me they weren't available on the date I requested because they're typically vey busy on Saturdays. That being said, I was being proactive this time around and called and left them a voice message on the 12th to make an appointment for the 28th. 24 hours later, I received a text message asking if I've ever used them before and I replied yes. The next morning, they told me they know their weekend schedules the week ahead and they'll let me know on the 23rd. Fast forward to the 21st, they texted me and said they're fully booked on the 28th. I questioned how it was possible because I put in the request on the 13th, and got no response. I was extremely disappointed with this scheduling experience and I will not be using them again. read more

Tommy and Martina did an excellent job on the house, staying more than an hour longer than they had planned on a sunny Saturday to complete all the work originally requested, plus more which I requested after they arrived! We've had OC Cleaning clean hour home biweekly for the past few months and have been very satisfied. Our previous cleaning company not only charged us more for the same work, but was also very inflexible about scheduling the cleanings at a day/time that was convenient for us. OC Cleaning not only beat them on price and scheduling, but they also do great work and always seem to put things back where they belong after the cleaning, which was a problem with our previous company. The owner, Joseph, was extremely helpful in scheduling me the next day since we closed earlier than expected on a home. The cleaning done was for a move in and the home was dusty and required a much needed deep cleaning. Joseph's crew got to the home right on time and after doing a quick walk through, started work. 3 hours later a very clean and sparkling home. The crew paid attention to detail; cleaned the top frame of doors/frame, inside cabinets, and window frames. They did a better job than I ever could. This company has really poor customer service. The owner, Josef, doesn't respond timely and has forgotten to respond twice. I am also moving and asked (1.5-2 weeks out) to schedule a cleaning for my new place and Josef's response was that they were booked without any other options of when they'd be available. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the two people that came to clean my place twice were professional and did a good job cleaning. I have low tolerance for poor customer service and have decided to stop using this company. read more

I had an extremely bad experience with my first cleaning company and almost gave up finding a cleaner. I gave OC Cleaning a try and ended up getting a wonderful couple who came to do a 2 hour cleaning. They asked what was important to me, and went to work. I left because I have dogs so I came back in two hours and the place was AMAZING. I was absolutely thrilled. I wanted my furniture vacuumed because we have dogs and they did it. I started to book them for 2 hour cleanings every other monday and one hour cleanings on the inbetween days. On their first 1 hour cleaning they came in with a game plan and my house looked just as good as the two hour cleaning!!! I love my OC Cleaners and was so happy they were able to become my regular cleaners. :) Would HIGHLY recommend them- even if you've had a bad experience with other companies..give them a try! I recently moved in to a new condo and wanted to get the place well cleaned. We were on a tight-schedule and we were randomly calling different cleaning places. OC Cleaning LLC accomodated our needs and was able to adjust their busy schedule for us, While alot of other places were already booked a few days in advanced. Two guys came and cleaned the place, first, I was worried since they were not maids. But contrary to my sterotyped belief (?) they didn't waste time and went straight to work, they finished the whole condo within 3 hours and worked hard! Jozef did a great job cleaning my one bedroom apartment. We had previously hired somebody who took longer and was not as thorough. My girlfriend is pretty OCD and she was very satisfied with the clean. The initial cleaning was planned and executed efficiently. Josef immediately did a walk through of the space and immediately saw the areas that needed the most work. He scrubbed the tub, washed spots on ceilings, walls, and cabinets, did a general dust, vacuumed, then performed a detailed dust, then mopped. We have two long hair dogs and the dust and hair gets everywhere. Jozef used all green products and really geeked out on cleaning method, products, and strategy. Best of all was the price. She called to see if she could arrive a few minutes earlier than our appointed time, which was fine. Nikki was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She showed me the cleaners they use. I'm real fussy about having dust on my furniture. She had my home spic and span and dust free in no time at all. My bathrooms were impeccably clean with no streaks on the mirrors. BEST IN THE BUSINESS! We signed a lease that included professional cleaning for move-out. Regrettably, our landlord did not provide initial-inspection notes when they were due, so our first move-out cleaner canceled. I called OC Cleaning when I saw the great reviews on Yelp and was lucky they were able to squeeze our condo in on short notice. They understood our need for a "move-out" cleaning - a deep clean that would make the unit ready for the next tenant/buyer. They were easy to communicate with and we had all of the scheduling and pricing worked out in writing. The team was punctual and did a fantastic job! Looking through photos, the unit was actually cleaner than when we moved in, 2.5 years prior! Being 9 months pregnant at the time, it was also fantastic that there were no harsh chemicals used, so I was able to walkthrough with OC Cleaning's owner, Jozef, right after the cleaning to evaluate. Jozef understood our situation, (that we'd sadly caught our landlord telling his agent that he *wanted* to find as much about the place that he could nickel and dime us for at move-out, in order to recoup as much of the security deposit as possible), and worked to help us take the high road of leaving the place in better condition than move-in. Afterward, Jozef sent kind follow-up texts with best wishes for the new addition to our family, and offered to defend his company's professional cleaning work if there was any dispute. OC Cleaning is a high quality team of professionals who take their work seriously! I could go on and on about the detail of their work - like the spotless refrigerator and seemingly impossible-to-clean glass range - but suggest you try them for yourself. We recently purchased a new home and did a total renovation with demo. There was so much sawdust and dirt buildup everywhere. We called Jozef for a detailed move-in cleaning service and he scheduled us in right away. We were especially concerned because my young son has a severe dust allergy/asthma. I appreciate that they used only safer, green cleansers, which are better for my family living in the house, the environment, and the workers themselves. The owner also arrived toward the end of the cleaning to personally check on the work that had been done. The owner also came back on another day to replace old caulking around the sinks and bathtubs. I would like to express my gratitude to Jozef and his crew. I hired him to clean carpets in my new house. Due to another crew that was working on the attic of my house and not finished their job on time the day before, I was not able to have Jozef's team come as planned, which also jeopardized my moving into the "clean" house. However, Jozef was able to arrange with his other scheduled clients and rescheduled my appointment from 8 am to later in the afternoon of the same day, which I am very thankful for. The person who did the cleaning showed up on time, did some extensive prep (cowered the corners with plastic protectors, covered the floors he was walking on while doing the carpet cleaning, etc.) before he started the cleaning. He had a clean attire and was very friendly. The carpets were very clean and dried up fast with the exception of the stairs - but that is reasonable because the cleaning on the stairs was deeper and more thorough.
