A really nice day outside and I felt like I had icicles forming on my nose. The initial check in was very efficient. Like everywhere, they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early, but the process of checking in was less than a minute. The person doing my mammography (I'm not sure if she ever gave me her name) was running late. I waited about 10 minutes extra, but once I got back there she was warm and friendly and the process was quick and painless. Overall, a good experience, and I've had a few in the past that weren't very good experiences, but BRRRR.

I had a salon patch on my lower back. The MRI was for my neck--but the tech didn't know if I should leave it on or not. (I thought she would know but maybe unreasonable) I was given a card saying I would receive a text or e-mail when the images were available. Now I can say that was a little long of a wait with an appointment for 8:15am; the called him at 9:32am. The facility was clean, neatly decorated and noise factor was very minimal.
