Farhin took the time to show us how to use the program, gave us everything we would need to get started, and followed up to see how things were going. My son has been using the device since December and has shown some positive effects. He notices it specifically as it relates to his ability to concentrate while reading. He had been having trouble with tracking lines across a page. He also says he feels "calmer" (a kid of few words!) Since we had the device at home, I was also able to use it (unlimited during the rental!). I went into it with no expectations one way or the other. I really just wanted to use it as a way to force myself to sit still and meditate to get myself in a better spot overall after having experienced a few years of high stress due to a family health situation. What I have observed for myself after two months of very consistent use is that my anxiety is greatly reduced, my brain fog is down, and I feel like my brain isn't being "squeezed" anymore.
