I picked up açaí from here when I was visiting my sister! The food was ready fairly quickly. My sister went inside to pick it up, and they have a great system in place to limit contact between employees and customers. The açaí was incredible!! I got the Ocean Original Bowl with chia seeds. I moved out here about a year ago and saw this place as I was driving by Ingraham. Decided to look them up online and saw some really great feedbacks from both locals and tourists alike. So what did I end up doing after reading the reviews? I turned the car around and drove into their parking lot. (Had to see what the hype was about) ‍ Went in and got their açaí bowl and believe it or not.. I was back the next day. Lol Not only the fact that the quality of their açaí bowls is as LEGIT and MOUTH-WATERING as they come but from the many places I've tried I'd say they pack a heavy punch that puts their nearby competition to sleep! Being a SoCal native, I'm super picky about my açaí bowls and what goes in them. I stopped here after working out in Pacific Beach and I'm so glad I did. The girl helping us was so so nice. I did a "make your own bowl" which I know can be annoying at times, but she was so happy to help and made it perfectly. Great food, good prices, and definitely worth the stop. Absolutely horrible customer service. The middle aged lady working at the front as incredibly rude. Me and three of my friends spent over 50 dollars here. However, we were kicked out when we tried to eat a little bit of ur açaí bowl inside because we ordered to go. If you are looking for a drink or some food, go to Brazilian Bowls. I had the original açaí bowl without blueberries. The employees are from Brazil, so you know you're getting authentic açaí from this place! There wasn't a lot of fruit topping, but there was a huge amount of granola, which was delicious. The açaí itself was also perfectly blended and had a nice sweet, but not overpowering, flavor. I would come back, however I would want more fruit topping next time to make it a more well rounded bowl. Maybe it was because I asked for no blueberries, but I was expecting more bananas and strawberries to replace it. That's just my preference though. We've been coming here and enjoying their sandwiches and smoothies. Today tried "Juice" for first time - received half cup of foam/fiber, and very diluted drink. When I mentioned this to the employee, she informed me that they prepare their "juices" by using a blender to combine frozen fruit, veggies and apple juice...and then they add water (because it's blended) . I tried to explain that this is not the definition of "juicing" and was very surprised by the employee arguing with me very impolitely. I understand that everyone has different tastes, but this employee kept going on and on trying to convince me that this is "juice". This situation could have been avoided if she offered me a different drink or handled it with better customer service. She even said that none of the staff like this drink. Not hard to believe given it it a vegetable smoothie diluted with water. This was my newest addition to one of my favourite spots in PB...unfortunately this employee's defensiveness and unprofessional manner has made me second guess coming back ever again :( Very negative experience today, and very unfortunate. read more

I've stopped here a few times since moving to PB and the service has been great every time, everyone is very bright and happy. I had the iced latte with cardamom (forgetting the name) and almond syrup - it was really great.
