The living space is modern and new and well made. The kitchen has soft -close doors and cabinets. The kitchen sink is a deep, farmhouse style, and I absolutely love it. The natural light really fills this place and makes it feel so bright and cheerful. The bedroom and living area is very spacious and everything is easy to clean. All the appliances work wonderfully. The amenities are so clean and everything always smells good. The pool is awesome, the gym is great, and the conference rooms have really come in handy. It's a gated community and it feels really safe here. Never had any issues whatsoever. They have recycling and trash services too. It's just the best place to live in Jensen Beach. Walter H. Foohs properties inc. is the biggest "Slumlord" in Jensen Beach/Stuart areas. He doesn't…read morecare about his tenants he only cares about the money. He refuses to fix/repair anything that's in the apartment. It's impossible to reach him or his maintenance staff, there is handicap parking but no way to get a wheelchair char or mobility scooter to some of the ground level apartments, there's not enough parking for the tenants. The units are quite small for what he charges for rent, the appliances are very outdated,the tenants basically have to pay out of pocket for any and all repairs to the apartment. My advice is stay far away from this Slumlord and take your money somewhere else.
