There should actually be a rating for negative stars. Reasoning: -Incredibly poor service (left me with a disassembled toilet for three weeks, did not return calls, when I called them they claimed they did not know what I was talking about, etc). -dishonest (three of the four employees I dealt with told me contradicting stories/excuses and blamed me for things they instructed us to do). -unable to do the job (made us do the initial work to remove the cistern as it was 'blunting the plumbers knife'. We were able to do it in less than 30 min with a kitchen knife!) -walked off the second part of the job (installing a new cistern), refused to finish the job and left me with a disassembled toilet once again! We had to then get in a new plumber who installed the new cistern with no issues! -ordered the wrong part (even when they had photographs and serial numbers) and made me go to their supplier to collect it. Best to steer clear of these plumbers!! read more
