The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.

They tied in sump pump, French drain lines, and two gutter downspouts into one catch basin. System backed up after a heavy rainstorm and flooded our basement with dirty water (see photo). In addition, the landscaping quality is shotty: I can step on where they "regraded" and backfilled our soil and fall right through. In summary: They do not know what they are doing. They don't pull permits, they don't know how to design drain systems with safety features in mind, and the owner Niko made false promises multiple times on how they intended to remedy our situation. Now we are left to rebuild our basement after a nightmare situation. Do NOT hire them for any work.
